Pros:

Face feels clean.

Cons:

Bad smell
Does not help acne
Does not clear skin at all

I have use an entire bottle of this, morning and night. It has made my skin worse! Because of the more pimples I got the more hyper-pigmentation appeared on my face! This product is not good for sensitive. I do not recommend this product at all!

Pros:

It gets rid of acne and clears your skin gradually! It also leaves your skin feeling new, clean, and fresh as well!

Cons:

Dries your skin
Leaves skin feeling tight and stiff

I bought neutrogena trying yo get rid of my acne, so i got the oil free acne wash and it cleared my skin within 2-3 weeks so it's good! However after I used it my skin felt really dry and tight! My skin started to peel and it was really noticable too!

Pros:

Gets your skin clean, that's about it.

Cons:

Can be harsh on skin
Very little lather
Smells funny
Bad for combination skin

I used this face wash twice daily with no other acne treatment products, and there was no difference in my skin after going through two bottles. It can be a bit drying immediately after use, and after a few hours I was more oily than usual because my skin was trying to replenish itself. I think this is best for people with very light acne and use spot treatment in addition. Make sure you try to lather it as much as possible before applying to prevent irritation.

Pros:

-Smells fine
-Makes skin feel clean

Cons:

-Did nothing to clear breakouts
-Irritated my skin with the mix of other products

I normally do not like Neutrogena products for the most part and this particular product contributes to my dislike towards them. (However, I do like my Neutrogena Skin Clearing Makeup very much.) I did not notice that this product did anything to help my breakouts, but I cannot say I recall it causing any breakouts. I am sure a main reason I did not care for this product was because I mixed it with another product from a different brand that very well contains a different active ingredient from the one in which this contains. Regardless, it did nothing for my acne and turned me partially against Neutrogena products.

Pros:

cleans your face from oils/dirt
tightens pores

Cons:

doesn't clean up acne
irritates sensitive areas
causes blackheads

If you need a wash to just clean your skin, this is it. It didn't clean up my acne. It will leave skin feeling very tight. If you have rough areas on your face, be careful. It caused my cheeks to get very irratated and it caused blackheads all over my nose.

Pros:

Great for oily skin in summer
Good for mild to moderate acne in the summer
A little goes a long way; use just one pump!

Cons:

Contains a strong detergent; do not use this product more than twice a day!
Will dry out skin that is being treated with a strong anti-acne cream
Probably too strong for winter use

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit Facial Cleanser This is an excellent cleanser for my somewhat sensitive, combination mature skin on my face in the hot and humid weather. I wash with it twice a day, using warm water and I have not had a breakout since I started to use it a few weeks ago. My acne is not that severe, but I do tend to get deep pimples on my cheeks that leave scars, and also smaller ones on my chin. If skin feels dry afterwards, spritz or dab lightly with water and apply a TINY bit of Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer lightly all over face. (You always need less moisturiser than you think; the key is to apply only a little moisturizer to damp skin to help seal in moisture.) No more than twice a week, I also use Clean & Clear Soft In-Shower Facial to supplement the action of the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, but I use this revitalising scrub mask only because I do not have any sensitive pimples on my face at the moment.

Pros:

Wallet friendly,
Available in most drugstores

Cons:

Leaves a lot of red bumps on the cheeks.
Causes skin to be severely dry & in my case itching :(

My skin is uber oily & very prone to acne so I thought I'd give this product a try. I've only started using this recently (for 6 days to be exact) & it just leaves my skin to worsen. My face has started to itch since yesterday so definitely not recommended to those with super oily skin!

I did not like this product at all. I remember coming back to try it over and over through the years, but it just severely dries my skin out and causes bad irritation to my skin.

Pros:

cleared a few breakouts

Cons:

Dried out my skin
Caused irritation
Redness
Flaky

It was my first time using it, I heard about it on About from a beauty advicer. She claimed it to be one of the best inexpensive cleansers. However I didn't like it. I didn't notice at first because I was so focused on clearing my breakouts, which it did clear some. However it irritated my skin. My skin is not sensitive but after this product not even moisturizer could calm it down. It felt very itchy and dry. Usually I have oily skin and some moisture to my face, however not after using this product. It made my skin very dull and dry.
