Pros:

It works. Period.

Cons:

Again- as many others, wondering if there is resistance?

Use it once a week and don't touch your face.

Pros:

Leaves skin moisturized.
Heals scars.
Heals infections. *Perfect*

Cons:

Can get alittle greasy, just appy to pimples.

I had a really bad staph infection on my face because of a nasty pimple. School was about to start and i was so freaked out. I put a bandaid on it, covered with neosporin the WHOLE unsightly thing was gone in 3 days! miricle huh!?

Pros:

makes zits basically disappear

Cons:

supposedly you can build up a resistance, hasn't happened to me tho

I know you're not supposed to pop zits, but with this stuff it's ok because after you pop and the blood starts to clot dab a little of this stuff on there and the next day i guarantee the next day it will be half the size and redness will disappear.

Perfect for scabs!
I'm a compulsive pimple-popper and scab-picker, and this is the only thing that has EVER cleared up my scabs and scars. Plus it has a nice moisturizing side-effect. Will heal a gaping red scab overnight! I prefer the cream neosporin because it absorbs into my skin better than the ointment. However, if I apply too much to clear skin, it can trap my facial sweat/oil and cause a small breakout.

Pros:

good for opened pimples
reduces redness
reduces inflammation

Cons:

apparently can come resistant to it

i always put a glob on any pimples that i must pop. don't pop the pimples just to put it on though. it's not a miracle cure by any means but it definitely speeds up the healing process if used consistently.

Pros:

For popped pimples only: Greatly reduces inflammation, redness, and pain. Keeps pimple from getting even more infected.

Cons:

You can not use this as a full on acne treatment, only a spot treatment. If used too much you can get a bacterial resistance, then when you really need neosporin you are out of luck

This is a great spot treatment to use on popped pimples or big, painful zits. What i do to either of these is spot treat with a 10% bp, and then put this on after. Iv used this product for about a year or two (only a few times a month, when i can't stop myself from popping a pimple). This really helps prevent a popped pimple from coming back or spreading almost every time. Remember, don't use this too often! You will become resistant eventually.

Pros:

-works very well on red bumpy acne
-heals acne scabs VERY QUICKLY
-reduces redness

Cons:

-doesn't work on pimples

i use this on all my red, bumpy acne that needs to be soothed and have redness reduced and that works fairly well. on healing acne, i also use this because it quickens the healing process and turns the acne mark into a sort of flaky piece of skin that can be peeled away and if you apply more neosporin once you've done that, the mark is visibly reduced! this product works really well but doesn't work on my new pimples or popped pimpes

Pros:

Heals popped zits quickly decreases inflamation and redness

Cons:

Can't use long term

This is a great product for treating those big stuborn pimples that don't seem to go away...it is honestly the only thing that works for me, and so much cheper than the $250 cream my derm perscribed. But it can't be used as an every day routine because your skin will build up a resistance. :(
