Pros:

Nice smell, no chemicals,

Cons:

just made me breakout more

Not worth it. I've been on Dan's regimen for several years and it worked pretty well (acne went from moderate to light) but the bp makes my skin a little dull and I thought it would be good to switch so something all natural after reading such good reviews here. I started using the garden tomato soap, tomato toner, and tea oil spot treatment. At first it worked great, my skin looked healthier and I wasn't getting any new breakouts. Then after a few days my skin got really really oil, but I figured maybe I was just really used to the harsh bp and I needed time to acclimate. NOPE. A week into using this stuff I was breaking out horribly, in places I don't usually have a problem with like my forehead. I gave it another week to see if it was (like some said) bringing stuff to the surface but it just kept getting worse and worse, and the oil was bad too. After a little over 2 weeks I switched back to the bp. I've been back on for 2 days and I can already see the difference.

Pros:

Eeduces redness, bumps go down a bit, soothing after the sting fades

Cons:

Atings and burns for a few seconds after you apply it, strong smell

I think its a good product for someone who wants to use natural products, but i'm sure there are chemical products out there that work better.

Pros:

Gentle enough, won't peel or dry skin.
Easy to use

This product worked REALLY WELL for my sister, she used EVERYTHING out there natural and not natural including Proactiv. If you notice that it gives you worse acne its because its cleaning out ALL your pores.Once it does this it will begin to clear. She used the COMPLETE system. It didn't work for me. I had never had acne until now, I;m 22 and have kinda bad acne. I started using it soon after I got the acne and I noticed a really big difference in my overall skin texture and complexion and feel. My skin feels soft, pores are small and no white or blackheads. However, my acne is still there.Ive been using it for about 2 months now and although she keeps saying and I believed her that its still clearing out my skin. I cant take it anymore. I got a pimple on my face where I had never had acne before so I ordered proactiv just now, I felt good about it but there are sssooooo many bad comments on here about it maybe I should of tried something else. Good thing it only cost 10 dollars.lol. I hope it works.

Pros:

All natural soothing but energizing ingredients which treat my dry cystic acne prone skin

Cons:

Expensive and hard to find
Coconut oil and its derivatives are REALLY bad for my skin

I used the orange essence facial cleanser, facial scrub, marshmellow moisturizer, rosehip serum, evening primrose night treatment, burt's bee's daily facial moisturizer, night creme, and peppermint soap... the best and most suitable combo for my complexion: peppermint soap bar (exfoliates and cleanses), rosehip serum, kiss my face face and neck spf 30, evening primrose night treatment, and clay mask...my skin is very fair & i live in a humid area so i need little moisture and lots of spf Waiting to try the burt's bees acne line found; I've only seen it at ulta

Pros:

calms skin, even skin tone, smell wakes you up in the morning, natural and safe

Cons:

tube's hard to open, don't see quick results, hard to wash from those hard to wash areas

I've been using the chamomile and soap bark cleanser for about 2 weeks now. This stuff works! Well it's starting anyways, I had extreme high hopes and the results are sorta matching them. I'm not getting quick results but if it's working, it's working! I use it in the morning an it wakes me up! it smells less like chamomile and soap bark (okay, I've never smelt those before, well maybe chamomile) but more like exhilarating lemon! my face tingles a little after using it, it feels amazing. The only downside I think it has, is that it doesn't wash off that easily. That and that the tube is pretty hard to open! Okay that's two not one!

Pros:

Works well, natural ingredients.

Cons:

Price can be high for the quantity.

I really like the garden tomato soap, it can be a little over-drying so I want to alternate with another one like the orange or poppy seed one in the future. The toner was too drying, I would say start with the soap first, then if more is needed try the toner. The blemish stick is my must-have secret weapon against acne!!! After having to use ProActiv's disgusting white mask this was fantastic, it works just as fast if not better, smells better and it's clear so I can put it on twice a day and not have to worry about looking like I have calamine spots all over my face! I love this company and will support however I can!

Pros:

I like that there are no phthalates or parabens in Burts Bees products.

Cons:

Salicylic acid stuff has strong chemical smell. Spot treatment smells like licorice. VERY strange combination.
I did not find this stuff effective at all.
EXPENSIVE.

I was really excited about this product reading all the reviews, but a month's use did not make any difference to me. I was not using the cleanser; I used my regular cleanser, then used the spot treatment and Burts Bees salicylic acid day lotion. Although it didn't make anything worse, I saw no effect from the spot treatment and the salicylic acid did not seem to have the advertised effect on redness. Plus, this stuff is EXPENSIVE. I suspect the only benefit of the spot treatment is to disinfect the area around the pimple before squeezing, and you can use rubbing alcohol for that.

Pros:

Smell

Cons:

Fast results

I love the spot treatment! I have tried several cleansers and spot treatments but every time one pimple go's away it seems like another one would appear and I could never keep my face free of acne. As soon as I started using the burts bees line I saw results over night and I can't remember the last time my face looked this good.

Pros:

-all natural
-hasn't made my acne worse
-smells natural
-helps redness
-natural salicylic acid
-scrub leaves your skin smooth
-pimples appear smaller

Cons:

-the moisturizer is terrible (leaves you shiny and greasy....not best for under makeup)
-cleanser and toner dries skin (just put on a good moisturizer after)
-target spot treatment stings (shows that it's working then)
-hasn't cleared acne 100%

Im 22 and suffer from hormonal jaw and chin acne. I have gone back to using this back and forth. I truly believe that this does help your skin, however, I dont believe that it helps in the long run. this does help get rid of my redness (around my chin) and when i stopped using it, i noticed that my redness came back so then I used it again. My pimples haven't gotten worse but they appear a lot smaller. The spot treatment does help diminish the pimple but I can't tell you for a fact that if it really does help get rid of it. When I use the spot treatment on some pimples, it will get rid of it on some and on others it will diminish. What I love about this is that its all natural without harsh chemicals in them that's the only reason why I would repurchase. Yes, the cleanser does dry your skin so put on a moisturizer after (DO NOT use burts bees moisturizer). I also bought the toner which they didnt include in the picture. The toner gets rid of oil and dirt and again, I love that it's natural. All of these products include natural salicylic acid derived naturally from willow bark extract.

Pros:

Organic. Smells nice.

Cons:

Very expensive. But the price will be worth it if it works. The moisturizer feels kind of heavy and greasy and makes my face shiny. I'll try applying less and see if that helps.

I have bad acne. It sucks! I'm 20 years old and I have had acne since I was 13. I have tried literally everything. Proactive. Acne free. All kinds of different things. They all work at first and then dont anymore. I did not get the pore refining scrub. I got the peach and willow bark deep pore scrub and it makes me face squeaky clean. It's similar to the pore refining scrub as they both have salicylic acid. I also use the Soap bark & chamomile cleanser from BB and I love it! Step two I use the acne solutions toner and use a cotton round pad to apply it. I love seeing all the dirt it gets off my face. Step 3 I use the spot treatment. It's a very strong smell but not too bad. Step 4 I use the acne solutions daily moisturizer. It's nice to apply but afterwards my face feels like of heavy & greasy. :/ but it's only day 3 so I will update later on! Another thing that sucks right now is my face has gotten worse. It's so broke out. Maybe it's the products bringing the dirt out.
