Pros:

Organic. Smells nice.

Cons:

Very expensive. But the price will be worth it if it works. The moisturizer feels kind of heavy and greasy and makes my face shiny. I'll try applying less and see if that helps.

I have bad acne. It sucks! I'm 20 years old and I have had acne since I was 13. I have tried literally everything. Proactive. Acne free. All kinds of different things. They all work at first and then dont anymore. I did not get the pore refining scrub. I got the peach and willow bark deep pore scrub and it makes me face squeaky clean. It's similar to the pore refining scrub as they both have salicylic acid. I also use the Soap bark & chamomile cleanser from BB and I love it! Step two I use the acne solutions toner and use a cotton round pad to apply it. I love seeing all the dirt it gets off my face. Step 3 I use the spot treatment. It's a very strong smell but not too bad. Step 4 I use the acne solutions daily moisturizer. It's nice to apply but afterwards my face feels like of heavy & greasy. :/ but it's only day 3 so I will update later on! Another thing that sucks right now is my face has gotten worse. It's so broke out. Maybe it's the products bringing the dirt out.

Pros:

+Makes my skin feel clean and healthy
+Is all natural and made out of mostly organic materials.
+I love all Burts Bee's products.
+I bet this would work well for anyone with moderate to very light acne.

Cons:

- I don't think it has really helped my acne, that might be because I am getting in the middle of my teen years.
- The spot treatment might not be the best smell for everyone.

I have combo skin. This means that it's oily by/on my nose, forhead, and chin. But my cheeks are perfect. I tried Proactive when I was 12 and 13, it worked okay, but this year I changed to this. (2010) Now I have a lot more small small pimples on my forhead, but I can cover it up with my bangs. Maybe it's because I HAVE bangs but I'm not sure. I might need to give it more time. I stuck to my regiment everyday though. I also took ice cubes and put them in a towel, and hold it to the zits. (That really helps.) Here was my regiment: Morning- Wash my face with warm water, pat dry with a clean towel. Put a dime sized amount of the Burts Bees Cleanser on my hand, and gently rub all over my face in circles. Then I would wash it off in the shower, and put on the Burts Bees Toner on a cotton pad and apply in circles on my face. Then the Mosturizer apply in circles with my fingertips on my face. With a Q-Tip, put the spot treatment on my zits, then with the blemish stick I would rub on them over the spot treatment. I did this in the morning and night every day. And 2-3 times a week i would do the scrub. I really hope it works. Maybe I should try Nuetrogena, or their Skin ID

Pros:

Natural ingredients, improved skin texture, minimized pores.

Cons:

most moisturizers are too rich

I've been using Neutrogena Oil-free Acne Wash for years with so-so results. After reading positive reviews I switched to Burt's Bees products and am glad I did. My regimen includes washing with Garden Tomato Soap followed by the Garden Tomato Toner. Occasionally I need to exfoliate, so I'll use the Citrus Facial Scrub before using the Tomato soap and toner. Once a week I'll use the Pore-refining Mask (green clay). The Carrot Day Cream is very rich and feels great when first applied, but makes my face extra greasy as the day wears on. Overall, my breakouts aren't any worse, but my pores appear much smaller and the texture of my face is smoother and softer than it has ever been.

Pros:

(Soap Bark & Chamomile deep cleansing cream) Smells great, feels great doesn't over dry. Calms my skin, helps with redness and diminishes my pimples.

Cons:

Doesn't completely clear up my skin, blemish stick and many other products are not available, extremely expensive or hard to find in Canada.

I have really dry and sensitive skin, and about three years ago started breaking out like crazy. I have tried soooo many products but keep coming back to this one. However it never completely clears up my skin so every so often I will try something else but then I end up breaking out and coming back to this one which helps straighten me back out very quickly.

Pros:

I did not receive a large enough sample to really make a good judgement about the product. It was a tiny vial. The product seemed to be doing some good for my face but I ran out before it totally cleared my skin. I got to use it for a few days.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that the product did not deliver overnight or immediate results.

I really can't recommend the product because the free sample was not enough to tell how well the product works.
