Pros:

This moisturizer does what it claims to do. It goes on smooth, absorbs well, and keeps my face flake free all day!

Cons:

Not sure if it's bringing my facial redness down.

Its a well made moisturizer. I like it so far... hopefully it will take down my facial redness as well. I've only been using it for 2 days so it's too soon to know.

Pros:

Non-comedogenic, affordable, found at my local Walgreen's, pump bottle.

Cons:

Hmmm...no SPF. But it's not a big deal. It would probably make my face greasy if there was SPF in it.

I have tried every single moisturizer out there!!! It's hard to find one to use after applying benzoyl peroxide. Most left a white residue or mixed with my BP and created globs all over my face. But with this product, I have had no problems. It may seem light, but it does a great job at moisturizing, plus it doesn't make my face oily either (and I have very oily skin!). And it's not outrageously expensive like some other products. I don't break out at all from using this! Give it a try!

Pros:

Moisturizes just enough, doesn't cause breakouts, unscented, light, pretty affordable considering the quality of the product.

Cons:

None

Best moisturizer EVER. It's seriously perfect and I would never use anything else.

Pros:

relatively cheap for the size of the bottle, non-greasy, fragrance free

Cons:

no SPF

i've had acne prone skin my entire life, and up until recently had given up on moisturizer altogether- it seemed like whatever brand i tried (clinique, aveeno, neutrogena, cetaphil) would just break me out, but not cerave. it actually improves the appearance of your skin without leaving the sticky film behind that a lot of other moisturizers do. the hydrating facewash is amazing too

Pros:

Amazingly moisturizing w/ NO greasiness or shine, my skin stays soft & smooth now (even if I skip a day), doesn't irritate sensitive skin, redness is gone, my acne is clearing up (w/o BP!), unscented, great light texture, water-based, hypoallergenic

Cons:

Not yet available everywhere. (Fortunately my local Walgreens carries the lotion, but not the cleanser or the cream.)

This stuff really is incredible. Although I like Dan's cleanser and BP gel, I was having unsatisfactory results with his moisturizer. No matter what I did, I could not get rid of the shine on my forehead and it caused me to continue to break out, even when treating with large amounts of BP Gel at night. I saw some reviews here for CeraVe, but I was skeptical, so I started looking around on the web. That did it for me! Everywhere I looked, from Amazon to [link removed], and even on support group sites for people with skin conditions like rosacea and eczema, nearly everyone praised this stuff. I found it at my local Walgreens for $12.99 (not bad, considering the size) so I decided to try it. It truly is amazing. Almost feels too light at first, but it actually moisturizes throughout the day and doesn't cause acne or shine. (In fact, I'm clearing up w/o BP!) Using it on my body even cleared up all my eczema patches! Now, my skin feels comfortable all the time. Seriously, try it!

Currently really enjoying this, I like that it contains ceramides and HA. I can't comment on how it is with very dry skin as since I've been using the cleanser my skin has been less dry. Sinks in well and doesn't leave me shiny

The Best

I love this lotion. I use it on the regimen in conjunction with the BP and face wash. I find it very hydrating and it does not break me out at all. I have had points of putting it on every couple of hours just from being so dried out from BP and its much more soothing than other lotions I have tried.

my go-to

The only thing that worked for me while on Accutane, and I've been using it ever since.  My skin has gone through very dry and oily seasons of life but it is the best no matter what.

Love it

Use this on my face instead of the pm moisturizer now. They changed the formula & it just seemed like my skin absorbed it & was left dry. I started with this lotion when I switched my routine to fragrance free 13 years ago when i was pregnant & developed an allergy. I have recently started vitamin c & need a niamicide free lotion. This works & leaves my skin hydrated. May be clogging if you don’t have dry skin. I would use the cetaphil moisturizer in same bottle as cerave am/pm if your oily.
