Pros:

It is currently more or less the only topical treatment that gets rid of acne scars, both pigmented and pitted scarring, and it does so very quicky.

Cons:

Irritates the skin like mad. Expect a massive amount of peeling and redness. If it interacts with red, inflammed pimples it can cause a breakout.

My pigmented scars faded in two weeks and one pitted scar I had was significantly reduced. Only use this every 5 days or so, or until the lotion from the last application has peeled off completely. Trust me on this. I would strongly suggest not using this if you have active acne. If you do, do NOT apply it to the pimples.

Pros:

I use the M2 Skin Refinish 20% after my weekly Personal Microdermabrasion treatment. I use this sometimes every night or every other night depending on how my skin is feeling. It has reduced my red marks and turned them pink and brown. I am on my 5th treatment and I'm hoping that I'll have near perfect skin in the next 2 months.

Cons:

Sticky
Stings

Although the consistency of this aha is very sticky and stings, I would recommend it above all. It's doing me some good. I use this with my PMD kit and continue to apply Differin every morning. It wouldn't hurt to try. It's an AHA and has great benefits for the skin. I'm 23 years old and don't have to worry about wrinkles just yet but I'm sure if I continue using this every other night for the rest of my life, I won't have to worry about wrinkles in the future either.

Pros:

Fades light acne scarring away.
Cool bottle.

Cons:

Just slightly fades the scars away, doesn't exactly get rid of them.

I've been using this product for about 3 months now. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my acne scars. I use it about every other night. Easy to apply, smell is not bad, and helps fades scars away.

Pros:

IT WORKS

Cons:

PRICE

I have had strong acne from anxiety and depression for about 8 years now, and this lotion tamed it spectacularly. It also reduced my rolling scars and now after 6 months, my skin is almost back to new. Follow directions carefully. You can buy samples in eBay if you want to try it out. Bottle lasted me 4 months. By the way, if you decide to give it a chance, don't use any other type of medication or put any other medicated ointments on your face. I use Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer and Extra Gentle Cleanser, or any soap-free cleanser.

Pros:

Does a great job of fading away scars and drying up new and old acne.

Cons:

It makes your skin peel and your spots might become alot darker before they begin to lighten. Just don't use it everyday. Instead use it every other day or twice a week. Also use a sunscreen while using this product. This method helps! Trust me.

This product works! Just give it some time and you'll be surprised on what it does for your skin.

Pros:

It works! I had a severe case of breaking out & was left with pretty bad scars. Never having this problem prior to age 30, I was desperate. My scars have faded significantly enough to not need make-up to hide...but when I do I use Bare Minerals

Cons:

The smell & it's sticky...length of drying time

It works, would recommend. Even noticed fine lines fade.

Pros:

reduces acne significantly

I have been using mama lotion for a month and I definitely see a change. I get less breakouts and when I do they are really small. Most of the time I use it twice a day, but I moisturize often (w/spf 15) and I always exfoliate using a toner. I think exfoliating is important because mama lotion works like a peel and this helps to remove the dead skin cells. Sometimes my skin flakes, but not a lot. I see fading of old acne scars in some areas but not in others, I think that will take longer. I am definitely impressed. What I also noticed is that when I do get a pimple it dries it up really fast and it doesn't leave a really dark mark like it had in the past. Sometimes it stings, I think when you have pimples under or on the surface this happen

Pros:

visible difference in skin texture
reduces non-inflamed acne
reduces scarring

Cons:

sticky
my bf thinks it smells
pricey

I've mostly used this for generally congested skin and hyperpigmentation so I think this has worked really well in that respect. The only problem is the stickiness and perceived smell so I only use it every other day.

Pros:

Prevents breakouts, blackheads, and clogged pores. Evens skin tone, diminishes scarring, controls oil.

Cons:

A little pricey but worth it.

This product has been my magic bullet, and I'd tried the whole range of products before it -- from OTC to Accutane. I waited 2 months from when I started using it before writing a review to make sure it was true :) Over the last two months, I've had one minor pimple, hyperpigmentation fro past breakouts has improved significantly, and my skin generally looks brighter, healthier, and more even. Some people seem to have bad reactions to it, but I have sensitive skin (I can't tolerate Differin or Retin A, for example) but am able to use Mama lotion twice a day without problems. Love this stuff!

Pros:

Cleared up my acne, helped keep away blackheads

Cons:

didn't really notice pore size going down or fading red marks left over from previous acne

I've read about people saying red marks have faded, pore size is minimized and texture has evened out. I haven't really noticed any significant difference in my skin in any of those areas using Mama Lotion. What I DID notice, however, is that it has been very effective in keeping my skin mostly acne free and helping to keep away the blackheads on my nose. For me, that's more than enough. After trying loads and loads of products and having none of them be extremely effective at keeping my skin acne free, to have clear skin for this long (about 3-4 months) for the first time in years is amazing. I've also started using mineral makeup and Neutrogena clear skin tint, which I think also helps in not clogging the pores and working to keep skin renuewal up. My skin isn't sensetive, and I've never had too many problems with other kinds of acne clearing formulas (other than them not working very well). But people with sensetive skin might want to be cautious about increasing
