Pros:

Completely recovers acne.. what else you want it to do? the results may vary depending upon ur skin and acne severity.

Cons:

mild stinging

sqeeze some lime juice into a saucer and apply it on acne with the use of a cotton ball. as a habbit, i did it in the night after cleansing my face. in the first few days i felt it was making my acne worse, but somehow i was patient enough to contnue it for around two months. do you believe now im almost completely recovered from acne. only the scars are remaining. and it gave a nice glow to my skin too. thanx everyone for the reviews u have submitted. if they were not there i would never dare to use lime on my face.

Cons:

mild tingling and stinging.

soak a cotton pad with water, and dap some fresh lemon juice onto it. Lightly rub it over your face in circular motions. Splash with cold water and enjoy the glow and glory. When life hands you lemons - make a facial treatment!

Pros:

Cheap, easy and effective.

Cons:

May sting a little

This stuff is amazing. From the first night I tried it, it made my skin look airbrushed. It's and excellent natural product and affordable. I buy it in a little bottle and just use a cloth to dab it on. It gets rid of EVERYTHING practically overnight.

Pros:

Shrinks pores, Dries pimples, Evens out skin complection

Cons:

Can burn if you have sensitive skin, just don 't use too much of it. Keep it refrigerated

I've dealt with acne my whole life. I've used everything from verious perscription medications, to proactive, to over the counter products. The past few years my face goes in and out staying nice for a month, then breaking out, out of nowhere. The lemon juice, applied with daily washig using a mild soap has really helped alot

Pros:

Absorbs acne from pimples, gives a nice new colour to the skin.

Cons:

Stings a little... but its actually really worth it.

Need I say more? Well, I'll say a little more, I have had acne for about six months, not severe just moderate... and this lemon remedy really works. I have tried Accutane, and trust me the side affects of that medicine are not worth it. Your lips get REALLY dry and your skin peels off easy. Anyway YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY Lemon Juice ;)

Pros:

after my first day (for 6 hours, I applied diluted every 10 min.)--fades scars, reduces new acne, smooths skin, cheap/readily available, natural, (and I got results from applying so frequently)! You don't need fresh, just 100%.

Cons:

stings for a minute, and the fast results take a good chunk of a day for me to get

I have oily skin, moderate acne on face (and back), and use over the counter products like St. Ive's, Neutrogena, Clearasil, even Eskinol. Used right, they give me results as fast as 2 weeks. By "results," I mean almost no new pimples and mostly smooth skin. I'm bad about picking, so the dark spots take longer to fade. Also, after about a month, my routines seem to stop working and new acne stays. Yesterday, for about 6 hours, I applied *diluted Realemon lemon juice* to my face every 10 min. or so. During, I noticed it was smoothing my skin. After, my newer red scars were faded to pink and dark spots were not as dark. Today, I've been applying *not diluted* not as frequently but am getting the same results. Plus, my larger, day-old pimples are much smaller. With such fast, easy results, lemon juice is SO worth the try. I wouldn't have applied so frequently if it weren't just a fruit.

Pros:

This is one aspect of the whole regimine I have adopted in the last couple of months that actually works and works well. It is inexpensive compared to topical perscription topicals and it is so simple.

Cons:

Sometimes it feels a little itchy until I apply the Jojoba and cetaphil mixture on top.

Lemon juice applied directly to my face ? It seemed silly at first, but haven't I tried about everything over the years ? Yes. You know, it is easy, smells nice, and I like the way it tones my skin.

I love it.
Honestly , Lemon is a blessing to me , because rubbing a sliced lemon on your acne scar or pimple , reduces the darkness and makes the pimple pop faster . I had a lot of scars on my legs and it was embarrassing but using lemon faded them a lot. I truly recommend using lemon for any type of face lighting or acne reducing. Lemon and honey will get you right ;) Honey will make the skin glow , and lemon reduces scars and pimples. It's a win win , go AWF people :)
