Pros:

Clears redness
Drys up acne making less noticeable
Tightens skin

Cons:

Stings

I have been using it for 3-4 days now twice a day and after the first day I was already seeing results. I use it in the morning and at night. I not only use lemons but before o use the lemon juice I gently wash my face with st Ives apricot scrub this helps so much I find if you wear makeup alot as to which I do it helps to get down deep under your pores and bring it up allowing it all to be clears from your skin and the lemon juice helps to close you pores making sure nothing gets in ..I highly recommend both :)

Pros:

-brightens complexion
-clears acne
-smooths skin

Cons:

-works slowly
-messy, stings

Yes, I would totally recommend this. In 7th grade, I had the worst acne, and in desperation (and having nothing else left to try), I applied lemon juice to my face everyday for a month. After that month my skin was completely clear and GLOWING. It was absolutely ridiculous and I thought I was dreaming! I eventually stopped despite these results because it was messy and tiring the way i applied it. However, I'm going to start again, a few years later, because these days, I'm breaking out like crazy. If you do this, don't expect an overnight miracle. There are none. It works slowly, but it LASTS, which is wonderful. Be patient, and hang in there! Picking and panicking over your acne will not clear it up!

Pros:

Helped with the redness & irritation of my acne.

Cons:

Dried out non-acne areas.

I would definitely recommend this. BUT; only apply to areas that are sever/moderately covered in acne. I used it all over my face, and it dried out the non-acne areas.

Pros:

Made my face not oily! I have really oily skin so this is a miracle in itself. Nice texture. And my scars are finally starting to fade.

Cons:

Stings a little and my face was i bit red afterwards.

You might as well try it. Its cheap and its done alot for many people.

Pros:

Without a doubt 100 percent yes clears skin

Cons:

None man

soak face with *hot* wet towel or paper towel as hot as you can take to open your pores Take a lemon from the fridge, squeeze some lemon juice into your skin rinse face with cold water Within the first few tries you'll notice that it doesnt ''help'' with acne, but completely get's rid of it, and makes your skin look HEALTHY, you really do get this weird ''glow'' I can't emphasize this enough. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS, don't use stupid chemichals on your skin, you're skin is something NATURAL, so it only makes sense to use something NATURAL

Pros:

-clears up existing and forming acne
-reduced redness after first application
-looks like it's helping heal scars faster too

Cons:

-dries sticky so I wash it off before going out

I've been applying lemon juice on the most acne-prone spots on my face for the past 3 weeks and it has made a world of difference! This has worked better than every other acne medication I've tried (except Accutane, which eventually cleared up my entire face, but then my acne came back 3 years later). Since I don't want to deal with the side effects of Accutane again, I've been trying everything and am so happy I decided to try this. My face isn't 100% clear (although it keeps getting better, so maybe it will be eventually) but is much, much better than it was before I started using lemon juice. I usually apply it in the morning after washing my face, leave it on for about an hour, then rinse it off and apply moisturizer. I'm very happy with the results so far.

Pros:

Faded red blemish scars slightly

Cons:

Stung/Itched slightly
Sticky

I really liked using lemon. I did find my red blemish scars (from past acne) faded. It will be worth keeping this up to see a better improvement over time. I used lemon diluted with water on some occasions, and sometimes dabbed a little slice of lemon directly to the red blemishes/scars (both stung/itched the same amount). Apply before bed, and be careful in the sun.

Pros:

Reduces redness
Prevents most acne forming
Makes skin smooth and evens skin complexion

Cons:

Just stings a little but hey it's worth it!

I have only been using this for a week and results are looking good. I have had post acne red marks on my chin now for about a year and nothing seemed to be helping them. At night I wash my face with a clearasil skin perfecting wash that contains a moisturiser. I then pat my face dry and wait around 15 minutes before doing anything else. After this I squeeze a lemon onto a cotton bud and apply it to my whole face and neck area. I then leave it on over night and wash it off the next morning with cold water. This method has worked well on me so if you also have red acne marks I would definitely recommend giving this product a go :)

Pros:

lightens skin
good alt to chemical exfoliant
cheap
no prescription or dr visit needed
fast results

Cons:

may cause irritation
redness
may over peel skin

1st used this on my face for acne scars (flat , smooth texture, not raised), it exfoliates well but at the 3rd day of usage put a hole in my face. HOWEVER when it healed it didn't leave a scar or pigmentation and was actually perfectly smooth. So I think someone with cystic acne would have much better results than I did, with regular usage. I now use it 1x a week just as a natural peel. Also wanted to mention I do use it more often on my knees and elbows and they are so smooth and beautiful. Bottom line is it is definitely something you should at least try. You don't need a prescription or office visit, very cheap, and you will know very quickly whether or not it will work for you unlike some washes and medications that take a few weeks or even months to see results. Even if it doesn't work for you, you would not have wasted much time or money.

Pros:

works amazing for age spots, acne, red brown scarring, pigmentation problems, uneven skin tone, stretch marks, unwanted freckles etc

Cons:

none really, nothing but i bit of stinging and maybe itching for a minute or so

i have tried loads of treatments to sort out my really bad red scars from acne, and i see that there are so many people that are wanting to treat theirs - i had such success that i want to tell everyone i can how great this stuff is! yeah it sounds silly but it does work. long story short- i tried loads of stupid expensive products that kind of worked but lemon juice works far better and is so cheap and natural, for more info. it wont get rid of raised skin scarring/ textured scars but it will help any color problems and fade away redness, its even great for stretch marks and freckles. just rub lemon juice on the red areas/ scars once or twice a day ( if the skin is not healed it will sting so i wouldnt suggest using until the wounds are healed up) and you should see good results from day 1 or day 2- the longer you use it for the better the results x hope this helps x
