Pros:

Totally natural, inexpensive, moisturizing, works!

Cons:

None

I use just a few drops of honey and a touch of cinnamon, and dab the mixture onto my acne as a spot treatment before bed (I wear a head-band to bed to keep my hair from sticking to my face). Each time I use it, I'll wake up the next morning to find that my acne is much, much improved! Gets rid of redness as well. This stuff is great. Try it -- it can't hurt you. If you're skeptical like I was, just try it on a night when you don't have anything planned the next day. Couldn't be happier with honey! Next I think I'll start trying this as a face-mask.

Pros:

AMAZING. Makes your skin less oily, great for summer weather. You can do it once a day. Shrinks the size of break outs. Smells amazing.

Cons:

none

I used three tablespoons of honey to one tablespoon of cinnamon, mixed well. I wash my face with warm to hot water then apply the mixture after my face has dried. Leave it on for about 30 mins of whenever it starts to drip. Wash with warm to hot water to open those pores. Then I cleanse with pourpose gentle cleanser still with warm to hot water then rise with cold water to close your porse.I did this for about a month and saw big improvement with scares and I had a lot less breakouts. You can also use it as a spot treatment. Istopped for a about a week and a half and my face began to break out again. I recently started it up again and I am loving it. I used it after showering from a work out or before I go to bed. ITS AMAZING YOU HAVE TO TRY IT, PLEASE, FOR ONE MONTH, just stick to it.

Pros:

Makes your skin really soft, and takes the redness out, and I see alot less ance.

Cons:

NONE!

I think honey is one of the best things you can put on your face. I mix it with just a little, I mean alittle bit of water, warm it up for like two seconds in the microwave and then put it on my freshly clean face at night. The water evaporates leaving the honey less sticky. And I recommend you sleep in it. And it is really easy to wash off. Of course it wont work alone. You shouldnt just use all those vitamins and minerals on your face but in your body. I take Vitamin A, B,C and Omega-3. And if you have really dry skin instead of water you can use olive oil one day out of the week. Just alittle now. It wont clog your pores and will hydrate your skin amazingly!

Pros:

instant results with smoother skin also softens fine lines
Its natural and wont age your skin like BP does.
Doesnt cause any more breakouts like so many other products.

Cons:

Manuka Honey is expensive
Its sticky and it can get in your hair without using a shower cap.

I have only used this with Manuka Honey after having read about how wonderful this honey is. I have now realised that the products and harsh chemicals I keep using to control my acne is clearly making it worse as it irritates my skin. Its taken me a long time to finally realise this but with the use of all natural products my skin is FINALLY beginning to heal. I bought a pot of Manuka honey from sainsburys today (their own label as it was about 4 pounds cheaper) I applied it to my face and left it for one hour. When I washed it off a lot had been absorbed. My skin was fresher softer and not at all greasy and has felt lovely all evening. The few deep cysts had begun to raise to the surface and the active acne was much much less red and felt somehow 'cleaner' and less weepy. I think using this and apple cider vinegar (or Honeygar) once a week topically and drinking everyday will cure my acne for good.
