Would Highly Recommend! Natural Anti-inflammatory & Full of antioxidants

Pros:

Reduces red, inflamed acne
Reduces whiteheads
Reduces oil production

Cons:

Can contain caffeine but also available decafinated

I've been drinking 2-3 cups of decaffeinated green tea every day for the past week and have already seen a huge improvement in my skin. I get less whiteheads and the red spots that I do get are much smaller and less red. The most drastic change however has been the reduced oil production, especially on my forehead which I have experienced. This reduced oil production has subsequently made a HUGE difference to my skin. Some helpful notes that may interest others: +In general, green tea contains a relatively small amount of caffeine (approximately 20-45 milligrams per 8 oz cup), compared with black tea which contains about 50 milligrams and coffee with 95 milligrams per cup. (Source: Medical news today) + Green tea is considered one of the world's healthiest drinks and contains the highest amount of antioxidants of any tea. The natural chemicals called polyphenols in tea are what are thought to provide its anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic effects.

Helps with redness and overall health

Pros:

taste good
calms the skin
release toxics

Cons:

pee often

I have been drinking Green tea almost everyday, 3-5 cups a day. I love the taste of it and I think it helps to calm the redness on my skin down. I think it reduces stress as well and I noticed every time after drinking a cup of tea, I'll "release the bullet."

Pros:

Helps with redness
detox
clearer complexion
better calmer mood
helps with tiredness (caffeine)
helps with dark under eye circles (caffeine)
tasty and refreshing

Cons:

can be a little expensive to but from UK - decent brands that is.

been through the whole going to the doctors and going on the pill but that seemed to worsen things. i came off the pill back in december, skin was the worse it has ever been, especially on my forhead& chin i was living in australia at the time, the humidity was unbearable& making things worse. moved back to the UK in january , due to air con, climate change, stress and messed up hormones, as well as a dramatic weightloss, my skin looked horrendous! i started on a natural routine, that has been on and off for about 5-6 months. 1. i started drinking more water - and natural teas (dandilion and burdock mostly and chamomile) 2. i used Dr organics tea tree facial wipes( going back to simple products) 3. used non comodegenic concealer ( physicians formula twin concelealer) 4.i would only use aloe vera as moisturiser. 5. cut out diary 6. ate more healty in general (cut out junk food - not entirely- ate more veggies) and my skin looked a lot better, sometimes, but nothing drastic. so i changed it recently and wow im noticing a big difference the aloe vera made me get a lot of blackhead, so i now only using it for dryness around the nose and soothing of tired eyes. the burdock tea actually made my skin worse as it was detoxifying my body too much i wasnt getting vitimins from good food i was eating - so i stopped that the tea tree wipes are great. i remove my makeup with them every night and it works great. the concelaer is so moisterising and not suffocating. it is not seeping in your skin and pores i use a clindomycin antibiotical lotion - cleared my forhead acne, cheek acne. BUT only started drinking green tea a week ago, on my period, WOW - clear skin&complexion, less redness, more awake, its not a miracle, but i do believe along with my other natural ways, green tea will eventually keep my complexion and post acne marks down, aswell as working as an anti i

Pros:

Has tons of nutrients which is amazingly good for.

Cons:

unfortunately, it does not at all work for me. i've tried everything since i was 10 when i first got them. i read the reviews online for this and decided to try it. but neermind, this doesnt work either.

if youre looking for something natural to work on your acne, then you should definitly get this. the thing is that my acne takes up all of my face. it's so bad that ppl stop me on the streets or the mall and ask if i use anything for my face or ask what happened to it. even my own relatives. all i know is that if your face is like mine, then it wont work for you. but if its not, then green tea will work out perfectly for you. so get this and try it out. but seriously, if your face is so filled with zits that its embarrassing, then sorry i think nothings gonna work. cuz thats what happens to me. since i was 10!

Pros:

Clears skin super fast!!

Cons:

None at all.

I had terrible acne on my chin and jaw line and had tried everything (toothpaste, sudocrem, you name it). I was goin insane, so thought i may as well try this as iv tried everything else. Within 2 days my acne had dissappeared. I had a break out yesterday but its because i think i was drinking CAFFEINE green tea so i switched to decaf and now and also its my time of month too. I drink 4-5 cups a day, and i put it on my skin at night and leave it on, i then apply it again in the morning and then just put my normal makeup over it. It tighten my skin, and makes my skin glow. This stuff is a MIRACLE!! But do use the decaf tea!!!

Pros:

Vary cheap. Leaves skin feeling smooth. Quick and Easy. Really Really works!

Cons:

The green tea extract needs to be bought from some sort of vitamin store.

I have been using green tea all around to clear up my acne, and it has worked better than anything ive tried. I drink about 2 glasses a day. I rub green tea extract on my face everyother day and let it dry as a mask (you can get extract from a vitamin store) and simply wash it off, and rub a warm tea bag on my face after i have used an everyday cleaner. I have tried everything, proactive, skin ID, neutragina, and nothing worked. But with masking with the Green Tea Extract, the next morning i woke up and nearly half my face was cleared up. Within the month a full face of acne has dwindled down to just a few. I would highly suggest using the green tea! And it is also VERY cheap! ~If you have any questions, contact me at Whozepbeat@[link removed]

Pros:

reducesses redness, clears skin, tighens pores, tones, etc etc etc. got problems? this will help (cystic, whiteheads, blackheads, etc)

Cons:

if you live in a college dorm, people might wonder "wots on yer face?!" but who cares?

yesterday I started drinking a couple glasses of green tea, and saving some and putting it in a spray bottle with raw honey and ACV and spritzing it on. I noticed while it was on, my face looked fresh and hydrated. I had to keep doing this to maintain the effect. Last night, I brewed 3 bags of green tea (one of them grapefruit green tea) and one bag of chamomile (great calming effects) and drank it and used as a toner. Then, I opened the tea bags and took out the leaves (they should be moist but not too wet) and mixed it with equal parts RAW honey. Then smeared it on my face and went to bed. It is a tad difficult to sleep as you have to lie on your back or it will fall off and make a mess BUT worth it. Woke up in the morning, rubbed it off, and was amazed- redness 90% reduced, everything shrinking, nothing new, great tone, smaller pores, less bumps.... do it

Pros:

Green tea flushes out the toxins from the body. I can really feel the difference.

Cons:

none

If you want to feel energized and increase your self esteem this will do the trick. One cup a day is enough to see the results of antioxidants on the skin and body.
