Pros:

I noticed that it is very gentle to the skin.

Cons:

I dont like how it doesnt lather. It feels like your not even removing any dirt or oil.

Good for sensitive skin. Give it a try.

Pros:

Clears acne.
Makes skin soft.

Cons:

Price.

Before I used Cetaphil, I tried Clean and Clear, Clearisil, Sea Breeze, and so many other products but none of them cleared my acne! Cetaphil cleared me up in like a week or so. It also made my skin so smooth. Tne only thing I would change is the price. It's kinda high.

Pros:

Not any different.

Cons:

It doesn't really remove dirt since its a very gentle cleanser.Recommened mostly for sensitive skin.

The product has to be used with prescriptions or acne creams to decrease breakouts.

Pros:

Cheap, large quantity, no fragrance, not too thick or thin.

Cons:

Can be too runny, may leave your face feeling greasy (like water bubbles up on it)

This is a very gentle cleanser - but for some people - it may be TOO gentle. The consistency is like a glycerin wash - but it doesn't contain glycerin. It helped heal up some cystic acne because it was nice and gentle - but after that healed up - it couldn't keep the oil off my skin (too gentle) so it created small pimples overall. If you need something very basic - try this. But even Dan's cleanser dries a bit more than this - to help with removing oil.

Pros:

Doesn't dry skin, leaves my skin feeling clean, very gentle

Cons:

none

It really helps when used with benzoyl peroxide! I have SUPER sensitive skin and even using the lowest amount of BP dries it out. This cleanser used with a mild mosturizer keeps my skin soft, not dry, and not oily. I love it! My dad has also been using it for 10 years and rarely gets break outs. I recommend it!!

Pros:

Softens my skin and clears my acnes. Doesn't remove oil excessively. very gentle

Cons:

Not suitable for serious acne patients. My face will get oily faster. So, i recommend anybody who uses this product washes their face thrice a day.

You don't need harsh cleanser to treat acne-prone face. Gentle cleanser suits you better because it doesn't remove all the oil on your face that you need to protect the skin. Cetaphil works better than my anticipation. Highly recommended. p/s: use with Dalacin T topical solution and Differin and say goodbye to your acnes.

Pros:

Doesn't dry, doesn't clog pores, cleans skin

Cons:

Doesn't treat or prevent acne

Cetaphil is a good product for oily, dry, or combination skin, but it doesn't help to heal acne; it just cleans your skin.
