Pros:

Cons:

very liquidy and need about 10 pumps to get a decent lather going

one of the best cleansers out there for acne very gentle but VERY effective

Pros:

Gently washes away white heads and gently reduces redness and irritation.

Cons:

It is a runny solution and it doesn't lather but who cares as long as it clears acne. It smells bad but only if you take a big wiff of it out of the bottle, besides that it isn't so bad.

It works, its worth it!

Pros:

moisturizes skin, gentle, water isn't required

Cons:

can't think of any (unless you need a cleanser that lathers well)

I tried a few sensitive skin cleansers, but they all do the same thing. At first they seem gentle, but towards the end of the bottle, my face is dry and flaky if I forget to moisturize. Cetaphil does the moisturizing for me, so I don't have to worry about covering every last inch of my face with moisturizer. I always use it without water. Just gently rub it in your skin for 10-15 seconds, and tissue it off. Great for travel.

Gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin
This cleanser is a godsend to those of us who are using any kind of topical cream with a drying active ingredient. There's a reason dermatologists recommend this cleanser above all others.

Did not cause any problems but..
Overall an ok product because it has only a few ingredients and I did not have a bad reaction to it but at the same time I did not feel like it cleaned very well so it's just ok.

Definitely gentle!
This is a great cleanser, especially for no-makeup days. It takes off all of my eye makeup but doesn't overdry my skin like other cleansers do. I pair it with my Clarisonic Mia 2 to take all of my makeup off. I'm using tretinoin, so my skin is sensitive to cleansers at the moment and Cetaphil is a lifesaver!

Feels super gentle, but.
This stuff feels gentle going on, no lather and no residue whatsoever. It really feels like putting a thin lotion on. I almost felt like it was TOO gentle. Afterwards though, my skin feels extremely dry (peeling in just a few minutes!). Be sure to follow up with a moisturizer if you use this.

Didnt work for me!

Pros:

Removes mascara

Cons:

Doesn't remove foundation

I have been using this product for a few years. I always felt like my makeup was taken off since it removes eye makeup. Then I used a cleansing pad after washing my face twice! The cleansing pad had so much left over makeup. I have been suffering from breakouts for the last 2 years and after 3 days of making sure my makeup is removed my face has already cleared up. I would only recommend this product for removing eye makeup and following up with another product.

Pros:

Smooth
Prevents pimples
rinses well

Cons:

No foam/lather
Pricey
Takes time

This stuff is pretty expensive, especially for the size of the bottle. But I love Cetaphil products, and I think it's worth the price! I still have acne but the number of pimples I'm getting has greatly reduced. I've been using it for a month, and only got one pimple all month! I still have scarring on my cheeks, and it's taking its sweet time to heal up. I will keep using this, because my skin is sensitive and dry, and this gentle cleanser is great for what my skin needs. Try it out!
