Pros:

I have been using the cream for a year and it's the best acne treatment I have ever used. I have or had small spots underneath the skin as well as on top of skin but once I started using Freederm, they all cleared up. I now use the wash too. Fab.

Cons:

Absolutely none, the price is so worth having clear skin.

I have been on Roaccutane twice and as excellent as it was, being a female the spots returned but with a month of using freederm, they cleared up. If I don't use it for a week, they start to reappear and then within a few days, the spots are gone. It feels good on the skin. I now use it along with the wash and for the first time in years, my skin feels smooth. I have tried every cream, lotion and pills possible and my skin has been through every phase from greasy to dry from combination to sensitive and only using Freederm on a continuous basis has my skin cleared up. You have to give it a month but even after a week, you see results.

Pros:

It is easy to apply

Cons:

It drys out the skin! if anything it made my skin worse, caused more white heads and the spots seemed to spread more across my face..

I have only recently had acne, Im 17 and all my life I have only ever had the odd spot, so you can imagine how upset I became when my skin came out with acne, I have becom so insecure about it. My chemist suggested using Freederm gel, I have been using it twice a day for about a week and have seen now difference and as I said it even made it worse. I do not recommend this product as its about £7 and a rip off! especially if you have sensitive skin.

Great for sport treating and reducing inflammation quickly

Pros:

Reduces inflammation
Good for spot treating
Gentle and doesn't cause irritation

Cons:

Doesn't work as a long-term treatment
Does nothing for severe acne
Contains alcohol

This is a great little gel for spot treating and quickly reducing inflamed spots and redness because it contains 4% nicotinamide which is an anti-inflammatory. But I found it no good for long term treatment and it definitely can't do much when your acne is severe, although to be fair it is only advertised as for the treatment for mild to moderate inflamed acne. If you want something as a quick fix for mild/moderate spots this can help you out in a sticky situation but I wouldn't recommend it as a long-term treatment plan or for severe acne. I also didn't like the fact that it contains alcohol because that made it unnecessarily drying but it definitely doesn't cause the irritation issues you get with things like benzoyl peroxide and in comparison is very gentle. Worth a try for some!

GAVE ME SPOTS IN PLACES I HAVE NEVER HAD THEM
My skin is pretty good, I just tend to have that monthly breakout so I bought Freederm. After two uses I have broken out in tiny spots across my tzone. I can't believe a product so expensive which is meant to reduce spots has given me more in places I have never had them before...Never buying freederm products again!

Pros:

drys spots up quickly.

Cons:

it's expensive for a small tube and it stings. :-(

Works really well. Be aware the product is quite expensive I paid around £5 for a 25g tube. Good luck getting rid of your spots! :-)

Pros:

None, a bit disappointing after all the hype.

Cons:

Heafty price, apart from that i dont have sensitive skin so it didnt cause any redness, flaking or whatever.

Another dud treatment that is as effective as voodoo magic.

Pros:

Activates the 'purity process'

Cons:

The 'purity process' sucks. It made my skin visibly much worse, i'd prefer to have mild acne then inflammed areas and larger whiteheads for 4 weeks.

Avoid. Although works for some, it may be considered a risk to use these products and is expensive. Following the regimen, with Simple products was far more effective for me.
