Pros:

at first usage, pimples and other blemishes would start to fade.
maxi would make your skin look good by making it whiter, softer and rosy ..

Cons:

upon stopping , your face would surely turn worse.
i promise you that ..
yes . your skin would start to depend on maxipeel. no maxipeel means no good skin.

I used this product from may2007 to june2007 then it made me feel so happy bcos my facial blemishes were all gone. I stopped using maxipeel for like a month or two then on the same month the following year, my skin turned out to be the worst face ever on the planet!!!! LOL. yeah guys im being honest with you. maxipeel is yeah good at first use but your face would be resistant to chemicals making it more sensitive. theres a news that says maxipeel is banned all over europe because of its carcinogenic chemicals. so, trust me, u better switch to expensive treatments then using maxipeel. i swear. u would regret it. this is the cheapest peeling product , i guess. so, its effect is not so impressing in the long run. and guys, do u think companies would sell an effective product with a so low price? of course not!! they would definitely go for it in high price. LOL.

Pros:

Very good in terms of lighten the skin

Cons:

nothing

i loved maxipeel sunblock cream and concealing cream. Can't live without them. I never use its exfoliant solution...coz i dont think i need it now...maybe someday, if i got that pigmentation or dark spots...I love maxipeel...juz remember, our skin are different from each other, if maxipeel is not suitable for your skin, juz stop using it...

Pros:

it clears out acnes for just a matter of 1-2 weeks of usage.

Cons:

get yourself ready for too much redness and exaggerated peeling off skin.

it's cool as it really works. but once you stop using it, you'll surely have an acne break-out !! 100% sure. it's a penance of stopping it. lol... and, avoid sun exposure when u use it, cos it will burn your skin ..

Pros:

It lightens your complexion and makes hyperpigmentation from acne less noticeable; clears mild to moderate acne pimples and pustules; smooths skin.

Cons:

There is a tendency for peeling, redness, and itching. Upon application of product there may be some tingling or burning.

It is a great product for people who are patient enough to wait for results and don't mind the excessive peeling. However, like with most products it may not work with everyone and not at the same degree. It should be used sparingly and cautiously if you have sensitive skin and/or have severe acne.

Pores
I am using Maxipeel number 1 for a month now, I noticed that my pores got bigger and my face produces more oil. But my pimples are dried out.

13th day user ako ng maxipeel #2, mild lang naman ang pimples ko sa cheeks, pero sa noo marami na maliliit.. and unti unti naman nawawala tho mayroong paisa isang lumalaki (i believe it's the purging phase kung saan ilalabas ng maxi peel ang dirts at oils sa pores). Pero kahit ganun continuous parin yung paggamit ko and naalis din lang naman so no need to worry. As for the peeling, sa 10th day ko palang naranasan na unlike kay ate jeff na 4th day sya nagpeel.

Pros:

it does work on my pimples, no more pimples pop-up

Cons:

the peeling is so ugly, it's just my 6th day today, dunno if it would really be finished this week cause our class will resume on jan 5 2009.... there is a lot of stinging and redness, and it hurts a lot,

I don't still see the results yet, maybe next week, but it dries up my skin and made it really white... hehehe.. i expect for good results, and i will definitely put a review again if it is good...

Pros:

It's way cheaper than what I was using, and it DOES work for me.

Cons:

There's a stinging effect on the depigmenting agent.

I've been battling with acne for most of my life. I tried a lot of products, been to dermatologists; some of them worked for a short while, some didn't. My regimen for my face now is: Kojic Acid Soap, Splash Tea Tree Oil Toner, Maxi-Peel Concealing Cream both Day and Night, with the addition of Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Agent #3 at night. They cleared out my breakouts and scars.

Pros:

Works immediately--got rid of about 90-95% of pimples, pimple scars, and it tightened pores; it's really cheap.

Cons:

Evident peeling, itching, and redness during the first 2 or 3 days (even WITH SPF 50 sunblock and moisturizer)

My dermatologist had prescribed me a higher dosage of tretinoin before, and I had used it for about 2 year before stopping, so I was familiar with what this product would do. It's best to start using in on a Friday night or on the weekend since it would be better to stay home the first few days after your application. Sunlight as well as air-conditioning aggravated the redness of my face. If it gets too itchy or red, using it every other day would suffice.
