Pros:

Moisturizes.

Cons:

I lost it.

Didn't do anything to my acne. So if you need a good, gentle moisturizer, this should be good.

Pros:

Gets rid of dry skin.

Cons:

Doesn't get rid of flaking.

Overall, it worked, a very light moisturizer, but worth the price. I mixed it with Olay Sensiitive Skin Moisturizer.

Pros:

Smells great, doesn't break me out, easy to use, and attractive packaging

Cons:

Hasn't helped my pimples much, no added SPF

Although I probably shouldn't have tried it because salicylic acid really does NOTHING to my skin, I decided to because I'd read great reviews on this moisturizer. If you have mild acne, consider using it as a night moisturizer (it has no added SPF), and do not stop using if it you break out right after starting it. It is an INITIAL BREAKOUT, people! I really hate having to sort through reviews that whine about the person breaking out and then stopping use of the product when they didn't give it much of a chance. If you are interested in trying it, and you haven't yet, why not? Even if it doesn't work for you, then at least you tried.

Not for people with sensitive skin
I bought this after i lost my other moisturizer. The first day my skin felt smooth but still kind of dry. After the fourth day of using this it caused dry patchy spots in my skin and a big noticeable rash on both sides of my face. The rashes didn't go away for 2 weeks and caused a trip to the dermatologist. I had only used this product once a day for four days. Keep in mind that i do have sensitive skin but no other product has caused it to react in this way. So in conclusion it may work well for people that don't have sensitive skin. Only 1 out of 5 stars from me.

Satisfied
I use this product in the morning to hydrate my skin and prevent my pores from clogging. I'm using it with The Regimen and I'm getting better results. I think 2% would be to strong to use with benzoyl peroxide (before going to bed), but 0.5% salicylic acid is just perfect in this case. You should give it a try. I don't not use it right after applying benzoyl peroxide ! Just early, in the morning. When I apply BP I use a different moisturizer like Cetaphil or Cerave.

Been using for years

Pros:

non-greasy (cooling action feels nice)
reduces acne (the menthol has nothing to do with this)
relatively inexpensive, a little goes a long way (even works on body)

Cons:

not all acne disappears unfortunately, but I have tested it and it definitely works to reduce the acne
some people may not like the feeling of the menthol cooling their face
salycillic acid may dry your skin, but it definitely prevents grease

I have been using this moisturizer for maybe 8 or 9 years now. Other products I have tried either clogged my pores or left me feeling greasy. I like this product because after you put it on and it dries it is like it isn't even there. Your face doesn't look like it has lotion, but it still moisturizes you. It does in fact help to reduce acne. I have tested this several times by using it for a few months and then stopped using it for a few weeks. After I stop using it I notice my acne definitely increases. While it doesn't completely stop my acne, it is still effective in preventing at least some of the acne that would occur, if not most of it. What really helps is when I go to sleep at night I take an extra blob and dab it onto problem areas (cysts). The problems areas are usually reduced by the next morning. I apply it every time after I wash my face, which is usually twice a day and after a shower. It does not dry my skin anymore than it already is. In fact I could get away with only applying it once a day and it would still keep my skin from drying out.

Pros:

-moisturizes!!!
-makes my skin oh so smooth
-helps maintain acne-free face
-fresh, tingly feeling

Cons:

-it makes me always want to touch my face because it's so soft...which is very, very bad. OH WELL!

This is by far the best moisturizer I've used for my skin. I have dry skin and get breakouts pretty much everywhere on my face. I've tried everything and this is the only one I've used that wasn't too heavy or greasy and left just the right amount of moisture. I love it. It isn't a quick fix but if you use it consistently you'll see a difference. I also recommend you use it in combination with other acne medicine because, like I said, it isn't a quick fix.

Pros:

-Affordable
-Absorbed into skin well
-Didn't leave a sticky or greasy feeling
-No smell

It's actually slowly helping with some systic acne I've had lingering for a while, and may or may not be helping to clear up some blackheads on my nose and chin. It LOOKS like there's less, but that may just be in my head.

Cons:

I normally put it on at night, but put it on during the day today under my powder foundation today, and within a few hours my face (nose especially) was very very shiny.

I honestly think it's better as a night moisturizer than a day one. Might be ok to use in the day during the winter though. Rated a 3, because I like what I've gotten out of it so far, but haven't used it long enough to rate anything higher.
