Pros:

-got rid of my dry, flaky skin
-not very greasy when applied to dry skin
-does not leave skin feeling tight and dry like I've found a lot of moisturizers for dry skin do
-cost efficient
-lots of it in a jar
-a little goes a long way - you do not need much!

Cons:

-may not be good for combination skin, it feels like it would be extremely oily and greasy on normal to oily skin
-very scented, usually a thing to stay away from for dry and sensitive skin

Love it! Would definitely recommend it to someone with dry skin. However, if you have combination skin I would avoid it on area's that are not dry as it may be too greasy and leave your skin much too oily.

Pros:

It really moisturizes my skin.
The texture is rich and creamy.
It doesn't clog my pores.
It doesn't reek of flowers or fruit the way so many other lotions do.
The jar is attractive.

Cons:

It's a little greasy on my oilier skin patches (I have combination skin.)
Some people might not like the smell, but I hardly notice it.
I may have to switch to a different moisturizer in the summer because I have really oily skin in the summer.

I really like this moisturizer -- it got rid of the dry, flaky patches around my mouth and nose. It hasn't irritated my acne the way the other moisturizers I've used have, and the texture is really good -- a little bit works for my whole face. It's a bit greasy for a few minutes on my oily spots, but it isn't bad enough that I can't use it. Some people complain about the smell -- I personally don't mind it, and I prefer it to other scents I've had in the past. Plus, it doesn't irritate my skin, which lots of other moisturizers do. I'd recommend this stuff to people with dry skin or mostly dry combination skin, but not oily skin. I'll continue using this product, at least until summer, when my acne goes on overload and I don't need moisturizer anymore.

Pros:

My face feels very soft
It doesn't sting
Eliminates the flakes on my extremely dry skin

Cons:

I haven't really found any yet.

I haven't been using this product for long, but so far I love it. I just started Renova treatment and it has really made my skin dry and flakey and extremely sensitive. This is the only moisterizer that gets rid of the flakes and doesn't set my face on fire. Even my very expensive Lancome face cream for dry skin doesn't eliminate the flakes like this product that I spent under $5 for. I've noticed that the ones complaining about it being too oily or greasy and it doesn't absorb are the ones who say they have oily skin. It's called Pond's Dry Skin Cream. It's for DRY SKIN!!!

Pros:

- Rich, creamy texture
- Won't clog pores
- Good for sensitive skin

Cons:

- Some people may find the scent overwhelming

I just bought this moisturizer a couple of days ago. I was desperately in need of a heavier moisturizer because I am currently using Dan's regimen and his moisturizer just isn't cutting it for me at night. I have been doing the regimen for about 3-4 weeks now and my acne is disappearing and my skin looks the best it has in a couple of years; however, it is also rather flaky from using so much BP. So, while I was in the facial care aisle, I spotted this little gem. So far, it has been awesome as a night cream, my flakes are almost completely gone and no clogged pores either! I actually like the scent, too... Maybe because my mom has used it on and off for many years and it reminds me of home. Try this cream if you are in need of a rich, thick moisturizer!

Pros:

-Moisturizes well. I wake up with no flakes in the morning! No other moisturizer has done that for me thus far.

Cons:

-Scent can be a bit annoying
-Thick application, takes a while but I find that adding 2 drops of jojoba oil makes it better.

Love it! It's my go to night time moisturizer now that the weather is getting colder and my face is getting drier. Would recommend for those on the regimen and have flake problems.

Pros:

- inexpensive
- light-feeling
- very mild fragrance
- controls dry, flaky skin

Cons:

None that I found.

This is an excellent moisturizer to use with a BP regimen. I have combination skin, so my T-zone gets really oily, and I tend to flake in every other area. I find it doesn't make my skin feel oily throughout the day, and completely controls the flaky skin. I recommend you wait about 20 minutes after applying your BP to avoid having the product balling up on your skin. Also, quite a few reviews have mentioned that it's greasy. While at first I agreed, I found the trick is in the application. Just rub a small coin-sized amount into your palm. Pat the product gently onto your skin and add more to areas you generally get drier in. This way, you'll get a light coverage, and you can focus in on the areas you want more moisturizing action. I personally found this method making my skin feeling as light as though I'm not even wearing any product. It's available cheaply at drug stores, so definitely give it a try!

Pros:

-cheap
-great at removing foundation and make up
-keeps skin moisturized
-hasn't broken me out

Cons:

-none

First of all, let me start by saying it seems that some of the reviewers are using this incorrectly! It is not an actual cleanser ie you aren't supposed to rinse it off with water...it won't work since it's oil based. I use it to remove my make up at night. I put some on my face, rub it it for a minute or two, and take a damp washcloth to remove it. After that I use a cleanser to wash off any remaining residue so it won't clog my pores. I wouldn't recommend using it as a moisturizer, it is far to thick and creamy to be left on for a long period of time.
