Cons:

Did not do anything for my skin. Made my skin more red.

I tried to return it, spent so much on shipping. They didn't refund me in the end because it took 2 weeks to get back to Canada from the US and I missed the deadline they gave me. Not accommodating, do not recommend using this product. Also, their sunscreen makes my face greasy.

extra hidden delivery charges

i'd ordered from Zenmed a couple years ago and had no issues. After waiting a while for the delivery, i received a letter stating the relevant import duties had not been paid (despite having paid for delivery at checkout as well). It baffles me how now they are able to forget the import laws of the UK (i'm assuming one of the largest international customer base they have). I spoke to customer service and they merely read their terms and conditions and noted that if i refuse to accept the parcel, i would not be refunded the delivery charge, and additionally, i will pay a 10% admin fee, so either i pay £15 for the good, or pay £15 for returns fees - either way, i end up paying an excruciating amount for something that works to "some degree" by my opinion (tried a second time because i thought i'll give it a second try.

absurdly high price, evil customer service dept., did NOT fulfill their $back guarantee, makes your skin worse!

as paranoid as it sounds, i truly believe these positive reviews are planted by the company. this crap made my skin WAY worse, it's ridiculously expensive for what it is (salcycic acid, lotion and herbs - you can buy that at any drugstore for less than $10!) the employees in every department were rude and unhelpful and mocking, and i got NO refund after paying to ship this crap back to them following their directions exactly! ZENMED IS EVIL! CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IF THEY SCREWED YOU AND PUT THESE LIARS OUTTA BUSINESS!

Broke me out on places I've never broken out before.

I've used this product and I wish I didn't. I've never had acne on my chin and jawline and neck before, and ever since I used their products, I developed cystic pimples on those areas. I regret buying from them so much. It led me to depression... it was just a horrible, horrible experience for me. Their products are overpriced. Personally, (cheap) home remedies did better than any of the items I got from them.
