Pros:

Made my skin look great

no cons at all

Let me clarify first - I did not use the actual Derma Cleanse System - I used the cleanser, AHABHA complex and acne gel. My acne isn't that bad but I get a few stubborn pimples and quite a lot of blackheads and clogged pores that cause little bumps. I phoned the company and asked about the derma cleanse system but admitted that I was sick of taking pills - they suggested I use this topical regime since my acne wasn't bad and the Complex would help my blackheads. It really worked Im super impressed that my blackheads and little bumps went away almost immediately. I have the acne gel and if i get a pimple use that and it seems to take down the swelling and heal it a little faster.

Pros:

really works!
acne is gone
skin looks really nice and soft

Cons:

a little drying - not bad compared to other products but a little drying for my liking
it also takes a bit of time to work and that might frustrate some people

I had tried everything from the drugstore as well as some prescriptions including accutane which all didn't work well and made me super dry. I read the reviews on the DC System on the boards here and decided to try it. I was a little worried at first because it does take a while to work but I was encouraged both by the staff at zenmed and the people on the boards who had tried zenmed to continue and i'm really glad i did because now my acne is gone. I even waited for a month after i stopped treatment to make sure and i am still so happy that i wanted to let everyone know!

Pros:

Worked very well for eliminating my acne and has left my skin clear and now I have no acne problem after using this amazing system

Cons:

I don't have anything bad about this product

It was little expensive but in the end I can say that its worth spending money on such acne treatment which are very effective safe to use and have no side effects on the skin or body.

Pros:

It works great, no skin reaction and has a very good fragrance.

Cons:

Expensive for me

After using Zenmed products for few months, I find that this product is superior to all the other acne treatment products I have used so far. I am glad I tried the system and as I am satisfied with the product quality and results hence I want to recommend it. It would have been better if the price could have been brought down by offering smaller quantities of the product. I hope someone from Zenmed is hearing me.

Price (but it doesn't matter to me after I saw how well it worked)

Good product, it works! I wasn't impressed with how fast it worked, but I was impressed by how well it worked after a few weeks. Overall, pretty good for acne and also the scars.

Pros:

it will work for most people's acne

Cons:

it does take a while and it is expensive

to the last poster i was in your boat 2. i had to use this for 4 months before i saw significant improvement after having acne for almost 8 yrs. it's now been 7 months and im weaning myself off of it because my skin is really very clear now. im barely taking any capsules at all anymore and my skin is still really good. keep with it!

I have REALLY sensitive skin and a REALLY sensitive stomach and this system doesn't make my skin red or my stomach hurt. plus even though it's only been a month my skin is already starting to look a little better.

can take a while to kick in

This is a great alternative to anyone who wishes to clear their skin without antibiotics as it is safer on the body and causes no side effects.
