This zenmed system did work for my zits. my skin is not perfect now but it did work better then most other acne medications and kits ive tried and it didnt make me feel like throwing up or dry my skin out badly like others so i like this.

Pros:

works and works well

Cons:

does take a while
smells a bit strong but dissapates after only a few seconds

I am so glad that word is getting out about the derma cleanse system. I used it about 5 years ago the whole system and it totally cleared my acne up. I continue to use the cleaner and acne gel and take 2 bottles of the pills every 15 months or so and my acne has stayed away all this time. So yes this does work and the acne stays away.

Pros:

These products are nice and work well together.

Cons:

It does take a while to start working and you usually have an initial breakout

This really does work but you need to give it a chance. As with a lot of herbal detoxes you may feel and look worse for the first month or so then you start to notice a difference and since your body is untoxic now your skin will glow. I also have some rosacea and have started using their rosacea cream which I am very happy with as well. This seems to be a very nice, reputable company who cares about their customers and puts pride in making their skin care.

Pros:

It's natural and healthy

Cons:

Took quite a while to see any results
Products could smell a bit better

I really wanted to use something natural to help my skin since I knew I had to treat it internally because putting serums on top of my skin was not helping. I only used the capsules after the initial kit buy because i thought the cheap herbal natural cleanser i could buy would do the same. The capsules really did help to recharge my body and helped my acne clear up.

not harsh on skin

Cons:

does not get rid of spots, makes them worse

i didn't like the product at all. did nothing for me apart from more spots and marks. i recently have changed to garnier active A face wash and IT is very good. Iam also trying clinique which is brilliant ( 3 step ) iam also trying clinques dark mark correcter and all my marks have started fading within afew days. overall zenmed did not work for me

I have both acne and rosacea and finding zenmed online and seeing that they had products for each I emailed them for advice. I received back an informed straightforward response an hour later with product suggestions and a discount code. I used the capsules for my acne and the rosacea system for my redness and irritation. I can not say enough good things about the rosacea system! Boy that helped right away, and the capsules seem to be doing their job because my acne is significantly better too! I would totally recommend zenmed to anyone suffering from rosacea or acne - or both!

Pros:

I like the products like the way they feel

Have to get online

This are the best products I've ever tried. It didn't completely get rid of my acne but it worked the best out of everything else like proactiv, murad, exposed and tetracycline! So I am overall pleased.

Pros:

Helps with deep pimples

Cons:

Not available in as many stores as I would like

I waited a while to review the DC System because even though I was happy that the products worked I wanted to wait to see if they lasted after I stopped because I have had other products do that and so far it has been a couple of months and I maybe get a pimple every week or two but that's it - no more full blown acne so I can really say that the DC System works!

cleanser foams a lot

DC System was recommended to me by a girl I go to school with who told me where it was available. I've been using it for a little over a month and I really like it. I probably wouldn't have looked twice at it because the packaging is quite boring but I guess that's not important if it works huh.

Pros:

It helped a little but did not do nearly as much as it cost.

Cons:

So darn expensive and didn't do much for my skin.

Way too expensive for the little help it provides. You are way better off with cheaper products or using the homemade masks such as the aspirin mask which have been very helpful for me.
