Run!!!

I would give this a negative number if I could. My daughter has always used the biore baking soda cleaner so she decided to use the deep cleanser once a month. BAD DECISION!!! We ended up at the hospital with a steroid injection, steroid cream and a 7 day oral steroid.

Her face is burning and severely itchy! Never again! Luckily, she only applied it to her trouble areas.

Red burn

Would give 0 rating if I could. I used it on my chin and small spot on my forehead and made my whole face red and burns. Didn't help anything.

Did nothing

Used this a couple times before I looked into ways of reducing blackheads and saw zero improvement in my skin. [redacted] Look into niacinamide, AHAs, and BHAs instead.

Extreme rash

I'd give zero stars if I could. Used three times in 4 days. Broke out with my little white heads around my mouth, checks and neck. It's been the worst pain and itching I've ever experienced. I'm literally in ER writing this. I'm so embarrassed how i look that I've had a scarf on my face for the entire time and try to rarely go out in public. Doctors are prescribing antibiotics because the rash is now infected. Please be careful of this face wash. I'm shocked, sad, in pain and it's gonna be another week before I look semi normal. I will now have scarring on my face as a result. Tragic showing pic of just my lower face. Just Incase anyone else has this they have something to compare too. Mine is a week old and slowly healing on its own. But antibiotics are coming and needed. A couple pics are at the beginning of the rash and the others are now after a week and this looks better than it had a couple days ago. Very sad.

Burnt my boyfriends face off
This cleanser works fine for me, but I used it on my boyfriend once and it burnt his face. He looked sunburnt, his whole face was red and felt warm.

My face is sore and full or more acne than before :(
I started searching google for answers as to why my face wash was making my acne even worse, and low and behold so many negative reviews and same experiences as me. I recently ran out of my old face wash and since it didn't work all that great I decided to try something different.. I got the biore face wash from the pits of acne hell. My face wasn't that bad or blemished just some minor patches here and there. I've used this for about a month and noticed my face was slowly getting more and more pimples. I don't wear makeup, so I was very confused why my face was breaking out when I washed it everyday.. which leads me here. obviously the cleanser is flawed. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.Not only does it burn as you wash your face, cause more acne, but also it made my skin more dry than ever before. Huge bummer.

Horrible
Please beware this cleanser is not for everyone. I bought it because my sister has it and I used it one night to wash my face and I liked how refresh my face felt. After buying it and using for 2 days I got a severe acne breakout!!! All of over my forehead, jaw and cheeks. It's so horrible that I don't even want to step out of the house. I am surprised on the amount of people reporting about breakouts and this product is still being sold. If you don't have acne maybe a pimple here and there please use something else. This product is not worth your money!

Awfullll
At first my skin felt clean and fresh, after a week (or two) i started breaking out LIKE NEVER BEFORE ahhh it was awfull! I started using a softer cleanser after that (effaclar H creme cleanser from la roche posay) and my skin started looking better. For some reason i wanted to give this cleanser from hell another chance and I started breaking out AGAIN ahhhhh DONT BUYYYYY!!!

DO NOT BUY
I was making my own facemasks at home that worked great so I thought i would try a "real" product. My acne is so so bad right now, I've never had such terrible break outs before! it's all along my right jaw line/cheek. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT get this product!! I stopped washing my face for about a week and it was slowly recovering. Stupid me used it the past two nights and my skin is super bad again. Chalked it up to this product and swiftly threw it out.
