it helps but with a lot of patience
I do notice when ever I eat cheese I always get pimples the next day, so I gave this diet a try. With a lot of patience, I saw the result after 4 months. At the same time I also avoid, red meat, tropical fruits (water melon, mangos, pineapple, papaya, durian..etc). It's not a miracle or overnight cure. I had to be very careful about what I eat. But it's worth it.

How long
Hi guys! I have now been on the dairy diet for 3 days now... and I just wanted to ask how long do you think it actually takes to see the differene? I know it's only been a few days but I'm getting impatient, because at the moment I'm not seeing much of a difference right now, or maybe only a little bit. I know I'm being a little bit stupid, but just let me know guys what you think!

it took about 10 days for me to see the start of a change, and from then on it got better.

Definitely longer than 3 days. And read ingredient lists! I used to buy these honey sesame cashews from Trader Joe's. l loved them. Then upon actually reading the ingredients in them, I saw they had milk. Milk may not even be IN the ingredients list, but then listed at the very bottom in bold, along with other allergens contained in the food. And beware of WHEY. It is a dairy protein and is in EVERYTHING.

Pros:

-healthier
-vegan!!!! (partly haha)
-save money

Cons:

-can be difficult to get used to at first

I've only tried this for about a week but I am seeing results. This could be, however, a result of me taking better care of my skin in general. But I would say it has DEFINITELY helped. I feel it, ya know? I'd started really liking milk about two weeks ago and getting really, really bad break outs (few but huge, heavy pimples). Then I read on wikipedia that milk and acne are linked to one another ..and , after some research, I decided to cut dairy from my diet. Boy, has it worked! : ) : )
