Pros:

Moisturizes pretty well.

Cons:

Broke out big time - cystic acne. Something I have never had or dealt with before.

I've had mild acne before nothing serious or permanent with respect to scarring. But after using this product I broke out big time and now have noticeable scarring. DO NOT USE!!!

Burned my skin!!!
My dermatologist recommended this moisturizer because i had intense breakouts and had been peeling my face using other creams, etc. After 2 minutes of putting this product on, my face wouldn't stop burning!!! Its because of my sensitive skin!!!!

Pros:

well I was looking for a good moisturizer with and spf, and I guess it does moisturize...and it has an Spf....

Cons:

it made my whole face Shinier than heck!!!!! and it burns!!!! when I put something on my face and it starts burning that much I don't want to use it again! moisturizers are supposed to be calming and nice.....but beware it felt like I put acid or something on my face, and it made it red:( I had to wash it off

I would never buy this product ever again. it sucks. when the cetaphil people designed this, they did not keep gentleness in mind:(

Pros:

Very quenching on my recently (within the last 6 months) dry skin, especially when I add jojoba oil.

Cons:

The moisture doesn't last till the next time I need to apply it.

If you need a LOT of moisture, this isn't your product. I'll use this up, but I'll keep an eye out for something that works for longer on my face.

Pros:

-Great brand
-Doesn't clog pores
-Absorbs quickly
-Effective moisturizer
-SPF is great for day
-Frangrance free
-Soothes and hydrates my dry, sensitive skin

Cons:

-SPF, so you can't use it at night
-No added fragrance, so it doesn't smell pleasant

I love this moisturizer! I use it every morning following the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. I have pretty sensitive skin, and most things make my face sting. This wonderful product actually doesn't sting at all, and I love it! I actually like the consistency much more than the moisturizer I use at night, the regular Cetaphil moisturizer. That seems more like a lotion and takes a while to absorb, but this absorbs quickly (but efficiently... my skin is still very well hydrated) like a good moisturizer should. I need higher SPF when the sun's really hot, but this is the perfect daytime moisturizer for me in the fall, winter, and early spring.

Pros:

Works very well when using benzoyl peroxide, Retinol A & AHA.
Reduced flakiness.

Cons:

None

It depends on your skin and ( mine is oily ) but has dried and flaked due to Benzoyl Peroxide wash. I would apply moisturizer and then touch my face and flakes would fall off.Not with Cetaphil, my skin looks refreshed and soft. It might also help that I used the Neutrogena Pore Refiner Wash the night before ( great exfoliator). Only use the 1 squirt that comes out when you first push down. No prob with oily appearance or feel.

Pros:

Spf protection, light, no odor

Cons:

pricey

Cetaphil products seem to cost a bit more than most of its competitors, however they live up to their advertising. It glides on smooth & being that it's light weight, it absorbs evenly into my skin. It doesn't have a greasy feeling & my skin feels soft.

Pros:

Good for dry skin

Cons:

Too greasy feeling for me

I only use this occasionally for dry skin patches, it is way too greasy feeling for my whole face. I feel like it never absorbs into my skin, and then my make-up just slides off within hours.

Pros:

SPF 15.

Cons:

It made my skin burn and shiny. Too thick.

I bought it because I love Cetaphil body cream and lotion. Don't use it if your skin is oily.
