Pros:

Dries out oily skin right after use, Softens skin, Makes your face feel fresh and clean.

Cons:

Only keeps oily skin dry for a small amount of time, Starts to wear off after a while.

This product worked well when I started off, but after using it for a while no results are shown. Right after using it I like the way it makes my face feel, but as far as curing acne, I do not recommend it at all. I'm trying to do research for a new acne treatment product.

Love it. I never had such beautiful skin all my life. Having been suffering from cystic acne I spent a lot of money trying out every available treatment. Though the cystic condition was getting better and got only pimples there was not any proper relief. Then started using clearasil 5 months ago. My skin is much better. I use the spot treatment cream as soon as I feel a zit. So it never gets bigger. My skin looks beautiful now after suffering from terrible acne fir 10 years. It dried out my skin in the beginning. No wonder it is suitable for poor skin codition like mine which require strong treatment.

Pros:

It removes the dirt that built up during the day, removes oil, and really does make my pimples dissapear.

Cons:

The cap keeps breaking...

Its awsome and cheap.

Pros:

Skin really soft
After the whiteheads fade (2-3 days) skin clear
Skin not as oily (Im really oily in some parts and my dry parts are still normal thanks to my moisturser -not overtly drying wash- im combination)
Leaves skin really clean!
Doesnt sting or leave face really red

Cons:

Getting whiteheads (some where is usual) but I think this is just my skin clearing up as I have only used it for a week
Acne under skin? though may be because as above

My aunt got this for me as she said that it worked for her when she was young, and since it does seem to improve the overall condition of my skin, minus all the whiteheads which is probably my skin brining up all the bad bacteria in the lower layers due to the wash. I am willing to carry on using it for another 3-4 weeks to see if it is really good, but so far, I think it is. But if you think your acne is already clearing up with your norm. products, dont take the risk as the purge period may take some time and be quite severe. I would recommend if you dont mind the purging part! Will make another review after 3-4 weeks!

Pros:

Old formula worked well.

Cons:

New formula contains salicylic acid which is ineffective. Does not kill bacteria.

I was livid when I bought my usual brand of Daily Face Wash Sensitive Formula and discovered that it was a new formula with salicylic acid instead of triclosan. I am 50 years old with oily acne skin and keratosis pilaris on my upper arms. This kept everything under control for me for ten years or so. You know, if it ain't broke don't fix it! I tried many things with salicylic acid and found it to be ineffective. You lost a long-time customer.

Pros:

It works for the first week or two. It prevented new formations and shrunk existing acne. However, you should also read the cons.

Cons:

After approximately a month, skin started reverting back to the old condition despite continual use of the product on a daily basis. The product had virtually no effect on acne. Also left skin dry and left slightly discolored red areas on check.

This product showed much promise in the first few weeks but became worthless afterwards. Possibly due to skin adjusting to product? I normally have oily skin so the first week may have worked well since it cleared the oil and pores. However, my skin may have eventually adjusted making the returning outbreak worse than before. At this point the product was useless. As mentioned in other posts, the product also seemed to leave spotches of red areas/rash on the cheeks. Product also has strong chemical odor.

Pros:

it works really well,(daily facial wash).however ur skin may look a little dry. so then u shoulod get the pore cleansing pads because gthat gets rid or the dirt n dead skin and hydrates your face

this is good for teenagers (as i am 13).u should get the fash was and the cleansing pads.both all together is about 12 dollars

Pros:

This Wash to me...Is better than proactiv Because is dosent make your skin feel dry or tight...It better than anything I've used before...So please with the results Im now Trying the Deep Cleansing Scrub:]

Cons:

If used too much dries your skin...So remember on to used twice a day

It worked for me....I was really suprise when my face really started to clear up....Every one noticed...And that was the best thing too...I Recomment with this product The Queen Helene Apricot Moisturizing Mask....TIP:Leave it on overnight for a fresh face in the morning...Good Luck

Pros:

affordable

Cons:

Did not clear up any redness or acne from my eyes. Despite searing pain, I decided to continue to scrub, but it only seemed to make the situation worse!

After about 30 minutes curled up in the fettle position screaming and using clearisil's name in vain, the pain subsided.
