Pros:

Gets Rid of PIMPLES. And It works. Love it. 10% BP All the way!

Cons:

none

Look, its main job is to get rid of pimples and it does just that. I use it once a day along with a SA cleanser, which I use 2x a day. It clears me up and gets rid of the small pimples very fast. This 10% BP job is to kill pimples and it does just that, what more can you ask for? You will red afterwords, so use a MOISTURIZER.

Pros:

feels like it's working, contains benzoyl peroxide, inexpensive

Cons:

the menthol is there to make you feel like it's really cleaning, but it's just a gimmick. bleaches everything. Ive ruined several shirts when it's dripped down my wrists. using in the shower when my pores are opened by the heat causes a rash for me

my husband is a pharmacist and he says that benzoyl peroxide is only useful if it stays on your skin. having it in your cleanser doesnt do anything in particlar. better to use the non medicated cleanser and the bp gel after (as per the REGIMEN). only use it if you're naked, otherwise it will make bleach spots on all your clothes. USE A WHITE TOWEL to dry your face afterwards. it will bleach and mottle your nice coloured towels.

Pros:

Zapped my reoccurring zits i have been getting since I stopped using birth contorl.

Cons:

It does tend to dry your skin but for my skin is not that sensitive so I just balance it off with a moisturizer in the morning(with SPF15) and a regular one at night.

I will continue to use this. No bad experiences yet. It's been my answer to hormonal acne that I began getting since I stopped using birth control (Ortho Evra) about six months ago. Prior to this I use to NEVER break out. So thank goodness for this product.

Pros:

Well, it does kill a pimple fast.

Cons:

So freaking drying. At the expense of killing a pimple, leaves the face red.

I'm always nervous to try new products incase of a break out, which is why I'm stuck with this one. I know how my skin reacts to it, and it isn't the best but isn't the worst. See, this product does kill pimples very quickly, but at the expense of DRYING your skin just as quickly. The next day, I'll wake up with a dry patch where the skin was, and not be able to use BP over that spot, which means acne will sometimes reappear. I have mild/moderate acne.

Pros:

affordable, and smells okay. usually works well the first couple of days you get it.

Cons:

your skin will most likely get immune to the benzoyl peroxide in this medicine, and it wont react as fast to the use of the product. the more you use it, the less it'll work.

basically, the directions on the back, are not useful, you should use it the way you see works best for you. and it doesnt always work, its not very consistent. it helps get rid of the marks, eventually.

Pros:

Works fast.

Cons:

When you first put it on there might be a few reddish spots on your face, but they go away within 20 minutes.

I just used it once, and there's already a noticeable reduction in blemishes. I mean, it's not completely gone, but at least I know it's working. At the rate this is going my face should be clear in no time.

Pros:

Felt Clean after use...and made pimple less frequent for a bit..

Cons:

Stings like hell, stinks ,made my skin peel and uncomfortable, not suitable for 2 times a day..too much peroxide..made my green face washer turn bright yellow!

i also had the continuous control mousturiser and another clean and clear "gone in 3 days" mini tube of stuff.this really burned and stang after using it for 2 days...soon after my skin was red and peeling..i've seen little improvement in my pimples...once one was gone (which took days) another would pop up and still be all pussy and hurt. this really was too strong..i've now turned to proactiv and it's nearly been a month. it too dried and peeled after 1 week of use, but i stopped for 2 days and went back on and hasnt peeled as bad..just a few spots..and it's been a bit longer than a week...too early to say if proactiv works, but it's much better than the continuous control system!

Pros:

This is the ONLY over the counter product that has ever worked for me, .... When i had acne real bad and first got this my skin was coompletely clear for about 3 monthns, my skin has never gotten that bad again

Cons:

However it has gotten better and worse from time to time, usually better in the summer then worse with the colder months. It helps but i still wish i could find something more consistant.

Over all id say im glad i found it, but its not perfect as it is un releyable and may at any time stop working for a while allowing a break out... better than nothing though and definatly the best OTC medicine i have tried

Pros:

it made my face feel nice afterwards...and i thought it worked for a couple of days.

Cons:

but a couple of days after using it i realized it's too strong for my semi-sensitive skin. my skin turned bumpy and dry.

use if your skin is normal. but not if it's sensitive.
