Pros:

Clears up breakouts.

Cons:

Can be irritating to sensitive eyes. Use small swimmers goggles.

I posted in January, and am still using the product. It continues to improve my skin 95%. Because the benzoyl peroxide can bleach clothing I purchased some bundles of inexpensive, white, wash cloths. I rinse my face and then pat dry with a wash cloth. Then I apply it to my dry face, work it in thickly everywhere I might breakout, wait a minute or two, and then wipe it off with a white washcloth. Then I rinse my face thoroughly with warm water. I moisturize with Cetaphil lotion afterwards. My eyes are sensitive, so I picked up a pair of small swimmers goggles to use. It is worth it to me for the improvement in the breakouts. My skin is older and I found using the benzoyl peroxide creams too strong and drying at some point. I went through all kinds of other remedies with poor results before finding this wash. Leaving it on for a minute or two is just enough to keep my skin clear and rinsing it off and putting on the Cetaphil lotion keeps my skin from getting too dry.

Cleanser that does what it says! Highly Recommended!
I have struggled with acne since I was 14 years old. I am in my early 20s now. I have used many different scrubs and cleansers mainly from the Neutrogena line. I wasn't too fond of the Clean & Clear line at first and was nervous to use Benzoyl Peroxide at first, but I said what do I have to lose but acne. So I read great reviews on this product and started using it in conjunction with "Botchla's Regimen"(a very popular regimen started back in I believe 2004 on this website) Here is the link. It a saved a lot of people's lives! [link edited out] LESS IS MORE! My skin cleared up so much. I would say my face is about 85-90% clear. I have combination skin. Normal cheeks and oily T-zone. The type of acne I used to get consists of white heads, bumps and occasional cyst which I didn't start to develop until a year ago before I started to use this product. The consistency is creamy and feels really smooth on your face! From Botchla's regimen I learn Salicylic acid alone doesn't cure acne you need Benzoyl to kill the deep acne forming called P acnes. So I use Biore Pore Unclogging scrub in the morning and then this benzoyl peroxide cleanser at night after using my Biore scrub and there you have it. The key is to keep using it consistently don't just stop after 3-4 days you will never see results. This does dry out your skin a little bit so make sure you use a good moisturizer.

Pros:

Gave you that Morning Fresh feeling, cold feel it working

Cons:

Didn't really help acne, dried skin up, burned a lot with other products/medications

It's good for people who just want to wash their face up and who don't really get acne.

Pros:

Reduces break outs
Clean tingly sensation
Very good for sensitive skin
Reduces size of pores
Allows other products I use to work more effectively
Gentle

Cons:

If not rinsed fast enough it leaves my skin feeling a little tight for an hour or so
Can cause increased inflammation on tender areas (use sparingly)
Dries skin ever so slightly. (Gentle and light moisturizer is recommended)

It is a great product if you have stubborn skin that does not like to respond to any of your efforts or if your skin is very sensitive. However do not use in excess amounts and make sure to rinse thoroughly but GENTLY because the BP in it can cause some dryness and being rough on your skin can increase irritation. (Believe in the wash cloth myth? Dont use it it damages your skin! Gently use your fingertips best used in the shower a for gentle rinse.)

Pros:

Best cleanser I've found. Now it's no longer on the market???

Cons:

None

This is a very good product that I've used for a couple years. How come it is now out-of-stock everywhere I look? It's not even available on-line.

Pros:

Clear Acne
Gives a Refreshing Feeling

Cons:

Too much will cause a reaction
Dries Skin (Use Moisturizer)

I love this product. But you have to be really careful not to use too much. 10% BP is high, and if you use too much it'll give you an allergic reaction (Small little bumps). I use it as a face wash at least 2 times a day. 3 times a day at most. I sometimes use it as a spot treatment too! But not a lot, only the places you need it, and just a little over that pimple or pimples. Be careful not to get it in your eyes, it will sting/burn! Some people say it bleaches their hair, but it hasn't done anything to mine. If you have sensitive skin, try a little patch of your skin to make sure you don't react to it. I have to be super careful because my older sister is highly allergic to BP! Good Luck! :)

Pros:

Prevents acne
Dries out pimples
Skin feels tight and fresh

Cons:

Overdries the first few uses
Bleaches hair very easily

This is another clean and clear product that works great for me. I wanted to find a BP cleanser to replace my SA cleanser and I happened to come along this first. On first use, I cleansed my face at night, and woke up the next morning, and before even looking in the mirror, I was very happy because my skin did not feel oily like usual. I jumped out of bed, ran to the mirror, and wow! No overnight breakout...and my pre existing acne was practically gone. My face, however, was clearly overly dry. I felt like I just used accutane...my chin was peeling with dead skin, but hey, i'd rather have dry, peeling skin instead of red acne marks all over. And another thing: my beard was bleached completely white overnight. I looked like santa, but it was my fault for not reading the warning label on the product...sadly, my beard that I was growing out had to be shaved that morning. Besides a dry face and a dyed beard, this product has been working wonders for me.

Pros:

Smells good
Clears acne fast
Tingly feeling
Leaves skin feeling fresh

Cons:

Kinda stings eyes

I'm 15 and have been using this product for around a week and am in love with it. For the last year I have been using oxy which also contains 10% benzoyl peroxide and it would always leave my skin dry and irritated, with clean and clear my skin feels clean and fresh.

Pros:

dries up pimples
within one use, all my blackheads were gone

Cons:

smells gross
doesn't really make you feel clean
weird texture
if used on places that don't have a lot of acne, it can dry them up and cause irritation
made me sunburned when I went out in the sun

I used this cleanser for a whole year before switching to another one and never had much problems with my acne, once I switched I got so much more acne, and then I bought another cleanser and still got more acne until I finally switched back to this one and it's toning back down again. Even though this cleanser is kind of gross it works sooo well on a lot of acne, but can really irritate and dry up skin that doesn't have a lot of acne on it. I now only use this on my nose which has the most acne and then use a Biore scrub for the rest of my face which leaves it very soft but made my acne worse on my nose.
