Gentle but not so moisturizing
I began using this Olay sunscreen in the mornings with my moisturizer when I first started the Acne.org Regimen. While on the regimen, my skin flaked quite a bit and was very dry the first few months (I have overly sensitive skin). My skin would be moisturized for a few hours in the morning after application but by mid-day, my skin was flaking awfully. This specific sunscreen was gentle enough for my skin that it did not cause irritation, redness or breakouts but it still never helped to moisturize my (at the time) desert-like facial skin. Actually, I'm convinced it somehow made the flakiness more apparent and worse. I do use a different sunscreen now that I have been on the regimen for a long while but I would use this Olay sunscreen again if it came down to that. I truly think it just depends on skin type. Overall, this is a decent product. Everything has its pros and cons.

The Best

Pros:

Gentle

Cons:

Can be greasy

This is for the ORIGINAL sensitive skin formula (zinc oxide NOT avobenzone)- I've used this for years and it is extremely gentle on my sensitive skin, with the added SPF bonus. Only downside is it can be just a tad greasy sometimes, but not enough to make me stop using it

Pros:

Inexpensive and easy to find

No fragrance

Cons:

Feels heavy right away!
Very oily by mid-day

It was too heavy for my skin. I tried to use it up as body lotion!

Pros:

Leaves skin soft, lightweight, non-comedogenic, dries fast, moisturizing but NOT OILY AT ALL. AMAZING. :)

Cons:

Nothing!

Seriously if you're using that heavy Cetaphil or other BS moisturizers.. try this one! It smells nice, feels nice, and is honestly the best face lotion I have ever used. And I'm quite a critic. And it's seriously the greatest value.

Pros:

-Moisturizes
-Has a variety or normal, sensitive, and combination/oily skin types
-Cheap
-Doesn't clog your pores/acne

Cons:

-Still makes my face greasy
-Doesn't even out my skin tone with SPF 15
-Can be very messy when you try to shake the product out of the bottle
-Has a sunblock smell

I do recommend this product. My age range is under 18, I have oily/combination skin. I use the moisturizer for sensitize skin every single day, 2 times a day. It smelly really weird, but it's a light scent...? So, I don't know if you would like it or not, but I definitely recommend this product for everyday use.

Pros:

Moisturized skin adequately for a few hours

Cons:

Wore off after a few hours, made skin oily

I have combination skin so I bought the combination version. This mosturizer works well at first, but after a few hours, it wore off for me. My skin became flaky again and was oily in my Tzone. I got one comment from someone saying my skin looked so oily it looked wet! I threw it out and started using DDF Stay Matte sunscreen/mosturizer. It works so much better!

Pros:

nothing....

Cons:

gave my skin a bumpy texture, irritated the sensitive skin around the jaw, broke out my forehead, stung my eyes and nose, smelled like sunscreen, greasy and heavy

Oh, how foolish I was to assume that a new look didn't mean a new formula. I felt instant burning on my skin, and looked in alarm at the ingredient box. My holy grail to soft, smooth skin was gone. Although marketed as an improvement in UVA protection, it's not worth it anymore. I've resorted to an Avon moisturizer that does maybe a 1/3 of the job the old Olay moisturizer did. It breaks my heart that they would try to "fix" something that wasn't wrong in the first place. I do hope they'll give us the old formula back...
