Pros:

*slightly* more effective than 2.5% benzoyl peroxide alone.

Cons:

Can be drying - might need moisturizer

If your Rx plan covers the medicine it might be worth trying. However, if not, I had similar success with the benzoyl peroxide contained within the Neutrogena Complete Acne Therapy System.

Pros:

Works great
Does not dry out or make face red
Removes redness

Cons:

could take a few days to see results

Cured most of my acne that I got after using Retin-A Micro. I also use it with Aczone in the morning and Acanya at night.

Pros:

Works excellent as a spot treatment, zits go away very quickly. No reddness left over. When you get it, they give you a card to get it for no more than $25.00. The jar lasts FOREVER if you use it as a spot treatment.

Cons:

If you apply it all over, your skin starts to mildy flake.

Works very well, except for some minor flaking if you use it all over your face. Wear a good sunscreen.
