Ziana : Clindamycin (1.2%) and Tretinoin (.025%) Gel

At first i was nervous about starting ziana because of what i had read about it, it was totally worth it. I started seeing a bit of a difference right off the bat, but after a little over a month, i saw a major difference. my skin is now nearly flawless, at least on my standards.

I have been using Ziana for only 1 week and it has almost completely cleared my skin! I use it before bed and my dermatologist has me combining Ziana with Clindamyacin lotion in the morning and night. This combination has incredibly cleared my skin. The first 5 days my skin was dry and a bit peeling, but each day it got clearer and clearer. Now after one week there is no more peeling and just clear beautiful skin that I have wanted my whole life!! Ziana has changed my life dramatically! If you have acne, please give this a try. It really works. I tried proactive and differin in the past and they did nothing.

this medicine is amazing. I've tried everything else, retin-a, doxycyclin, benzaclin...none of which worked. I used this along with brevoxil, and it worked, Now i just have scars to worry about.

I have suffered with large, deep acne cysts for many, many years. The last tretinoin I was prescribed left horrible bulging cysts the size of a quarter and terrible scars. Some surgical removal was required. When my dermi prescribed this, I thought I was in for more of the same. Instead, the cysting stayed minimal and my face has really cleared up overall. I still get large deep cysts from time to time, but this is really the first topical that has kept things from really spinning out of control. My biggest problem is the price. My insurance won't cover it because I'm over 35, and that's just wrong. After all these years of suffering I've finally found something that helps and they won't cover it. It costs $410 a tube here. My dermi is giving me samples, which I greatly appreciate, but I still have to buy a tube every so often.

In my case, ziana gel has worked very well. It doesn't overdry my skin & my derm explained to me that ziana gel can be mixed with moisturizer & not interfer with the medication's effectiveness. This is a crucial fact to know because mixing the medication with moisturizer helps eliminate overdrying problems & the sticky feeling that the gel can have on your face. Everyone must understand that each person's body & acne are going to react differently to different acne treatments. But the bottom line is treating acne doesn't just involve smearing a cream on your face at night. You have to put in the man hours to make it really work. My derm instructed me to buy panoxyl to wash my face. I opted for the 2.5% facial formula & it's worked well. I also use a cleansing mask once a week to help draw out trapped bacteria. I wear makup that is least likely to bother my skin & remove it as soon as I come home. I use the walmart brand facial hydrating cloths to remove my makeup & for quick cleansi

I was very skeptical when my new dermatologist gave me samples and a presctription for Ziana. I had tried everything in the past with little success (Retin-A, oral medecines, chemical peels, laser treatments), and nothing really worked. I thought it would be the same for this, but much to my surprise Ziana has worked miracles! I have been using it for about 4 weeks now and my skin has never looked better. I have only had 3-4 very minor pimples the past 4 weeks (was getting about 3-4 per week before), and the best part is that it has really evened out my skin tone from past breakouts. Red scars are fading and I am feeling much more confident about my skin (if only it healed pock marks!). I am truly amazed at how well this has worked. I only use this product once every 2-3 days as I was getting some flaking/peeling and had some redness when I was using it every day. Scaling it back has done the trick. Also, you want to wear AT LEAST SPF 30 while using this, as skin sunburns

I have tried everything you can think of to clear up my acne (from birth control, Pro-activ, Acne Free, Kinerase, Philosophy, Obagi, you name it) and nothing has come close to this stuff! It took a little while for me to see results, but in a little over a month, my face had cleared up. I get the occasional pimple here and there, mostly when I've been camping and haven't been able to properly take care of my face, but I still haven't seen anything like the cystic acne I had before. My dermatologist has me using Ziana, along with a 9% benzoyl peroxide cleanser and this seems to be the key combination to really overcoming my acne. When I got pregnant, I expected my acne to return, but even after six months, I've yet to see it (at least on my face).

When I started to use this product, I noticed results within a few days. My skin started to feel more smooth. Before i started Ziana i was on Retin-a and all that did for me was dry up my skin and i looked like i was sunburnt in the middle of winter. Lately I have noticed that the product has been bringing white heads and pipples. Hopefully with in a few weeks they will clear up
