Pros:

Clear skin

Cons:

I am in my 40's and have tryed everything on the market twice to help my acme, nothing ever worked. i even have two scares on my cheeks that they tryed to remove cystes, when the stiches came out there was more cystes under the old ones so I did not expect much, but was very surprised I have a cyst on my chin that has been there for 4years,it has finally opened up and is going away.I am very happy. I is a little drying for my skin so I use it every other day. I am going to try it on the scarrs that would be soooo great if it worked on them

Pros:

It didn't cause me to break out in hives and I noticed no adverse reactions in about 3 weeks of using it.

Cons:

There was a slight drying of skin and a strange odor which left my pillow smelling like the medicine. In the morning, I noticed bits of what looked like dead skin on my face. Not sure what that was!

Don't use a lot of this product if your skin is sensitive! Do the recommended dose or your skin will probably dry out as much as these other people state. I did one limabean-sized (bigger than a pea-size I know) for the "4-dot-areas" on my face, a pea-sized dot for my neck, and then a pea-sized dot for each shoulder and I never suffered extensive peeling or drying. In fact, I'm pretty sure the possible side-effects list the drying, severe redness, and peeling to be a sign to STOP using this product. If you follow the directions on the package (i.e. washing your face before application, waiting until your face is completely dry before applying, and then using the recommended amount) then you will probably use this product with no problems. I used it for a combined 3 weeks before I was told to stop and try something else based on an allergic reaction I had to Minocycline. This stuff was expensive even with good insurance but my doctor gave me a $30 rebate so I was happy

Pros:

Worked initially.

Cons:

Stopped working after a week. Make skin red and dry.

The first time i used this i was amazed with the results. My active pimples were almost completely dried up by the next morning. Unfortunately, it stopped working for me after a week. It also made my skin very red (I have fair skin).

Pros:

Clears up acne fast, small amount only used, tightens skin, not oily, dries fast once on

Cons:

Price if you don't have insurance, if you use to much you will look like you have a sunburn and then skin peals.

I like this product a lot. Make sure you only use on a pea size amount. I learned the hard way every day use for me was to much, so I only use it ever other day now. It cleared up my skin fast. When ever I start to feel manila or see a pimple coming I put a little on. When I first started using it I used two pea sizes, 3 days in a row, and the 4th day my face was sensitive to the sun screen, it was pink and then it pealed in some places. So only use the 1 pea size. Make sure to get the coupon from the derm, as it saved me $35. So I only payed $15.

Cons:

Didnt notice any difference at all and it was over $300 dollar without insurance. Now Im stuck with a half used tube of worthless clear gel.

Pros:

I had bacne for a long time now. I would tell anyone to use this for your back! My bacne is just about gone after 3 weeks! For my face, however, I apply it at night, and my face feels really oily, but I think it's slowly working

Cons:

Like I said, very oily and at night it sticks to my pillow, but after 3 weeks, it's slowly working. Just be patient and don't use it in the morning.

If you don't mind your skin being a little oily for a few hours, I guess you can try this. I would say you should use it at night rather than day. But like I said, I used it for my back, with epiduo in the morning, and I got amazing results! My face is still questionable, because I use ziana at night, and epiduo in the morning. But Everyone will get different results I guess. Good luck!

Pros:

Evened out my skin tone, cleared up my skin really fast, and is super-easy to use. One 60g tube will last for MONTHS. Made my skin less oily too.

Cons:

Some dryness and redness, especially if you don't use sunscreen and moisturizer.

I went to the dermatologist after using OTC and department-store brands for years. This was the first thing prescribed, and it's working wonderfully for me! I've been using it for just over two weeks and have seen significant improvement in my skin in that period of time. I have gotten a small break out since starting the Ziana, but it's healing quickly. You definitely have to make sure you use a moisturizer and sunscreen when using this! I forgot my moisturizer one day, which has SPF 30 sunscreen in it and was recommended by my derm, and my skin was exceptionally dry and ended up very red as a result. Sometimes at night when putting it on my cheeks will sting or feel tight, but just make sure to only use a SMALL pea-sized amount and the side effects won't be too bad. I also received a prescription savings card from my derm when she gave me the prescription, though even with my insurance this would be much more affordable than the retail price of $394!
