Pros:

Awesome. ACNE cleared up FAST for me. On my 2nd week of using it and I am acne free.

Cons:

expensive without insurance. I paid $50 even with insurance. But for clear skin, it's priceless.

Great product. I've read many complaning about how long it takes for it to actually start working but it worked quite fast for me. This is the best product I've used so far. Works QUICK! My face is acne free (at least for now). Will continue using it

Pros:

It works!!

Cons:

Takes very long to see results and skin even gets worse before it gets better. Can be expensive and makes skin basically peel off in the begining

I started using this about 8 weeks ago. I have read a ton of reviews and they all say to be patient and it can take up to 12 weeks to work. My skin got much much worse the first month and 1/2. I wanted to get off it but decided I would give it the 12 weeks. My skin basically peeled off in layers and I got huge pimples in the begining. It was about week 6 where I started to see a HUGE improvement in my skin. I also started using an alpha hydroxy acid mosterizer and that seemed to help with the dryiness and peeling. Be patient with ziana gel and give it the 12 weeks before you make a decision to get off it.

Cons:

Doesn't help at all.. Been on for over 2 months and still no improvement.

Hate it.

Pros:

Very little side effects and little odor

Cons:

Expensive even with insurance.

Do not expect to see anything in the short term. I have been using it for two weeks combined with morning klaron gel and minocycline and the situation has gotten MUCH worse. Does anyone have any idea how long it should take to see results?

Pros:

Does not burn like Tretinoin Gel/Retin-A Gel.

Cons:

Did not calm down the cystic acne. Not as effective as Tretinoin. Very expensive--my health plan didn't cover it all that much so I paid $112.75 for a tube.

Not worth it, except if you have mild acne. Not good for cystic acne.

Pros:

Cleared me up pretty good for while.

Cons:

After about 3 mths my face starting breaking out again didnt seem to work anymore like my skin developed a resistance to it.

Works okay at first may cause redness feels like you have sinus problems right after you put it on.After a while skin can develop a resistance to the medicine and you may start to break out again.

Pros:

It is once a day and easy to use.

Cons:

made my skin peel and irrated about 2 months in.

Its a good product and does a ok job, but won't completely clear ur skin.

Pros:

Once-a-day application.

Cons:

High price ($50+ copay per tube, w/list price of $250+)
Causes acne to worsen initially (was warned about this by derm)
Takes 6 weeks to see improvement (according to derm)

This product DID NOT work for me. In fact, it made my mild to moderate acne much worse. When I start using Ziana, I would say my acne was about a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. After 6 weeks, I'd have to say it's now a 7 or 8. I expected some degree of initial breakout, but after seeing my acne get so much worse during treatment, I now have to try to clear new lesions. To add insult to injury, this product also has made my skin severely oily -- to the point where it is making my hair oily by the end of the day. Definitely NOT recommended.

Pros:

it's light weight not harsh

Cons:

havent seen much difference

I have been using this for a month now, I have mild acne. I havent seen much improvement I still have massive bumps all over my face. My doctor says to stick with it so I'm trying to be optimistic. I have tryed diffren before and that seemed to work better (only problem with diffren it worked for a month then stopped working all together) I'm going to stick with it till I run out but if I dont see any improvement within a month I dont think I will use this product anymore

Not impressed.... Depressed.

Pros:

A lot of product in tube
free with rebate

Cons:

smells like yeast
makes skin greasy
did not help my acne

After failing many other acne treatments, including topicals and medications, my derm gave me this to try. When I first applied it, it smelled like yeast and felt overly greasy on my face. I told myself that I will give it a shot. I used for about a month and a half and saw absolutely no results. I have moderately severe cystic acne and this did nothing to help my acne while I was using it. It might have even caused my breakouts to get worse (but whose to say I wasn't just having a break out or the deep rooted stuff was coming up). I saw no results what so ever with the product and felt like I was handle over a tube or grease and for that reason, I gave this product one star.
