Pros:

Been using it for a month, skin is totally clear!

Cons:

Makes face a little oily, also seems to enlarge pores

This is kind of expensive, but works. I had been getting huge cysts around my period plus the occasional breakout. My skin is clear now but it seems to enlarge my pores.

Pros:

Cleared my old acne fast. Not much redness.

Cons:

Very sticky. Makes my skin kinda flaky and dry. And takes 2 weeks to start working.

IT TAKES 4 EVER to work if your acne is bad

Pros:

My older skin has started to break out bad and my pores are large. I noticed a difference right away when I used this product.
It helped clear up some nasty big zits and has made my skin smoother. So far I'm happy with this product.

Cons:

Does dry out skin.

I will continue to use this product since it helps with acne and aging skin. It is very expensive if you do not have insurance, but my insurance covers it minus my cheap co-pay.

Pros:

none

Cons:

oily skin, redness, major break-outs, no grace period

this stuff stinks. and i don't mean it smells bad - this gel does not work. at least, not for me. not only does it feel sticky, but it leaves my skin feeling very oily and seems to have made my pores larger. my skin looks awful. i'm throwing ziana in the trash. it might just all be in my head. this stuff has made me stress out so bad i'm breaking out on my neck! i'm going back to tazorac.

Pros:

None

Cons:

My face developed patches of alligator-like skin. I broke out with red deep pimples all over my cheeks that I had not had prior. Did not get rid of any previous acne. My face became more oily and shiny.

This product didnt work for me. I used it for two months and two weeks. Returned to my dermatologist and even he could see it was the wrong choice. It may work for some...not for me. Biggest waste of time. My rebate card covered the full price- so at least it wasnt a waste of money too

Pros:

has no bad smell, seems to work at first, overall could be good for some people

Cons:

may take a long time to work, no side affects, try it!

I've been taking this product for one month. It seemed to help my acne at first, but now it just seems to be building up an "immunity" to my body so it doesn't wrk anymore. Derm. gave me little samples so I haven't actually bought any yet. I'm in my early teens, going to keep trying it, derm. also prescribed a prescription for solodyn. very scared to take it!

Pros:

I am using Ziana at night and Aczone in the morning. The inflamation was gone almost immediatly but the reviews make me think it is more due to Aczone. I have had great results

Cons:

Dry skin

I am desperate and sticking it out. I saw the immediate results but after five weeks now, my skin has had a break out. I hope this is just the normal routine that everyone else is experiencing.

Pros:

Made my skins look AMAZING. It makes my skin look fresh and goes on easily. Cleared my cystic acne and my little pimples on my forehead and chin.

Cons:

It took a very long time for me to see FULL results -- about 3 months. I was getting very disappointed but I kept using it because I heard that it can take a while to completely work its magic. Stick with it because you will not be disappointed

Pros:

It works!!

Cons:

Takes very long to see results and skin even gets worse before it gets better. Can be expensive and makes skin basically peel off in the begining

I started using this about 8 weeks ago. I have read a ton of reviews and they all say to be patient and it can take up to 12 weeks to work. My skin got much much worse the first month and 1/2. I wanted to get off it but decided I would give it the 12 weeks. My skin basically peeled off in layers and I got huge pimples in the begining. It was about week 6 where I started to see a HUGE improvement in my skin. I also started using an alpha hydroxy acid mosterizer and that seemed to help with the dryiness and peeling. Be patient with ziana gel and give it the 12 weeks before you make a decision to get off it.
