Pros:

minimizes pores and heals breakouts fast without over drying like OTC products can.

Cons:

kind of sticky, DO NOT GET ANYWHERE NEAR EYES...will completely dry out the skin there! some dryness.

start out small and work your way up. if your skin starts to dry out, go back one step. I started with every other night then went to every night, then used as a spot treatment in the morning. i've been noticing excessive drying and MORE breakouts but i believe that is because of the stickiness of the product added to increasing humidity, and the dryness due to over use. all things considered, i love it! it minimized the pores and redness on my cheeks DRAMATICALLY and for the first time in YEARS i go out with out makeup thanks to this product! i also love it because it heals the breakouts faster than ANY product i have EVER used (usually with just one or two applications). definitely worth a try if you can get your hands on the discount card for it!

Pros:

Reduced Redness

Cons:

Lots of peeling, but if you use lotion and scrub your face with a soft bristle toothbrush it works. Also burns during application (so fan your face a few minutes)

Yaz in combination with Ziana really helped!

Pros:

seems like it worked at first

Cons:

very expensive, lots of peeling

I loved this at first but now that I'm almost 4 weeks in, my acne seems bad again. I use it three times a week to minimize the peeling (per my derm). It's hard to wear face make-up with the peely skin, I keep holding out that it hopefully gets better soon! My dermatologist swore by this product to help my acne plus the surface of my skin. I'm 37

Pros:

Evens out old hyperpigmentation scars and retexturizes skin. I love this because now I don't need to hide my face with makeup!

Cons:

Very pricey! I do not have a good insurance so my deductible is so high I'm paying retail price !

Clears up skin fast and makes skin smooth and even. I get great results .. I use it every night and also take spirolactone daily 25mg

Pros:

Clears skin FAST, smaller poers, fades acne scars, improves texture of skin signigicantly

Cons:

Red and dry skin when you first start using this

I have had mild to moderate acne for the past 8-10 years. I have tried everything on my skin. I have used other Rx as well as over the counter treatements. I have taken Accutane as well and this is BY FAR the best acne treatment you can get. I noticed results the first week I started using the product. You rskin does get dry but I use CeraVe or Cetaphil cream and it helps calm the irriation. This is a life saver! I will never use anything else on my skin.** My dermatologist gave me a coupon from the manufacturer. I got $30 off my first Rx (which covered everything so I didn't have to pay a co-pay). Ask your derm.

Pros:

Have seen some improvement in the frequency of breakouts. Did not irritate my skin as other retinoids have in the past. Seems to speed the healing process.

Cons:

My skin went from bad to horrific during the first 4-5 weeks of using this product, which is why I rated it a "3" for how well it works.

Be prepared to have your patience tested. I have been on Ziana for about six weeks now, and have only noticed positive results within the last two weeks. My initial breakout was so bad that I now have a face full of red marks that are still painful to look at. Thankfully they do cover easily with make-up. I will admit that the improvements I am now noticing are happening rather quickly. Once the marks fade, which they have already done considerably, I will be really pleased with the results. See if you dermatologist has any loyalty coupons they can give you. That, coupled with my insurance, made the cost of a 60 g tube $35.00.

Pros:

I'm not really getting a new ance.

Cons:

My face is a little red (not bad though). A little expensive.

I was so scared to try Ziana the first night because of some of the stuff I read on the computer..It's only been about 2 weeks of using it so far, but I think it is slowly starting to work. Hopefully I wont break out anymore!

Pros:

Skins looks and feels better

Cons:

made my skin very oily the first few days.

I was very scared to start a new acne treatment. I have used everything from Proactiv, Murad, Clinique, Neutrogenia, and so many more. This is the only product that I have actually seen a difference. I have been using it in combo with plexion cleansing cloths. My skin is smoother, softer, and has not been dry or flaky. I have tried so many products and I have got to say this is the best. My insurance however did not cover the first prescription, so I had to pay a bundle. but i have since fought and got them to cover it. I LOVE ZIANA!

Pros:

Wow! This stuff is amazing. It has helped me see resuts in just one week of use.

Cons:

it gave me a small rash at first, some burning and stinging.

It seems to be the best thing i have tried thus far. I am throughly impressed, it causes some redness, burning and stinging but i will take that to get acne free skin. Make sure to get a manufacturers coupon from your Dermatologist! I paid only 5 dollars with this.
