Pros:

It cleared up any Black heads or white heads on the nose IMMEDIATELY! i still have a VERY clear nose. It also reduces the size of cysts.

Cons:

Dry peeling skin. a cyst may appear out of nowhere.

It clears up any small random pimples but takes longer for yhe bigger ones to go away helps the best with light to moderate acne. But it really does dry up your skin which isnt good for me since i have naturally DRY ASS skin"( But try it it just may work for you..

Pros:

It does reduce the acne. I've tried other products like Clearasil Kit and ProActiv, but it seemed to make it worse. So I've decdtided to go back to Duac.

Cons:

Dries up a little

Seems to be the most consistent product for me.

Pros:

Best acne cream on the market bar none! This stuff will make a formed pimple disappear overnight and will also prevent new breakouts from forming. use dove soap as your cleanser.

Cons:

This stuff is expensive if you don't have insurance. (about $180.00) I use two tubes a month because one isn't enough to be effective. You need to smear more on your face to have it work to full potential.

Best Acne cream when used in abundance. Put even extra Duac on formed pimples ( a FULL glob!) and let the magic begin. For even more effectiveness use Omniceff 300mg antibiotic pills twice a day to kill even more acne causing bacteria. ( 1 month =$300.00 for Omniceff) This combo works!!!!! The only other treatment that can compare is Accutain.

Pros:

Clears up stubborn acne where others fail. Is easy to apply and does not dry out skin too much if used as directed.

Cons:

When first used it cause some redness and swelling but it went away quickly afterward. Doesn't seem to work on back or chest acne.

It is a good product to pair with other products such as Tretinoin. I have been trying many different "miracle treatments" such as Acne Complex and Proactiv which were a complete waste of money, but a week after using the Duac gel my acne began clearing up and redness of the zits diminished. Stick with it everyday and wait for it to work its magic.

Pros:

For my moderate to severe acne prone skin, I began to see less pimples in in days. The gel also helped lighthen severe scarring from past breakouts.

Cons:

Very dry skin is my only side effect. The use of a good moisturizer and drinking alot of water works for me.

Washing my face with unscented dove and the use of this topical cream has been the best thing that has happen to my skin in years. I am also taking Doryx for severe acne sufferers which has also been a huge help. So be patient and let the medicine do it's magic and you will be very satisfied.

Cons:

can drastically reduce acne but is pricey and causes drying and some irritation/redness

Pros:

The only thing in a long while that has actually stopped the breakouts all along my cheeks.

Cons:

I broke out real bad after a few days using Duac, but after three weeks or so the breakouts started going away and now just a pimple here or there.

I think it works well for me, even having sensitive skin. I just want to tell people to hang in there if it gets worse before it gets better. My dermatologist said it 'might' get bad and she was right, but now six weeks into treatment my face looks a lot better than it has in a long time.

Pros:

It showed a marked improvement in 2-3 days. After one week consistent use, it cleared my daughters face up completely

Cons:

It can be mildly drying.

My 10yo daughters doctor prescribed this for my daughters moderate persistent acne that she has has been developing for 1 1/2 years. I tried OTC meds and they worked briefly but really overdried her skin. This has by FAR been the best and most consistent method. It works a little slower than the OTC but the effects are worth it. She's only been using it for 3 weeks but the results are astounding.

Pros:

This stuff works miracles!

Cons:

Skin does becomes dry, but if you follow your dermatologist's instructions and use a recommended moisturizer it will not be an issue. Also if you use during the day stay away from direct sun.

I had really great skin until my late 20's. I started having these huge, red, zits that would pop up dead smack in the middle of my forehead and sometimes near the my chin. (This was not cute, especially for a grown woman) Not only were they unsightly but they'd linger around for weeks! I tried everything over the counter and nothing worked. I finally went to see my derm and she provided a daily, skin regime for both day and night time. She prescribed Benzaclin for night time use. I wash my face, spot treat those areas, moisturize and voila! Just that easy. I swear I've also noticed my pores shrink, my skin hasn't look this good in years! Being in front of a camera and taking photographs it is a MUST for me to have beautiful skin...Benzaclin did the job. Though it was pricey(I was prescribed the pump) it was well worth it!
