Duac : Clindamycin (1.2%) and Benzoyl Peroxide (5%) Gel

I started this medication three months ago with Differen gel at night and Duac in the day. I exfoliate before application with Aveeno facial wash with some soy extract. After medicating, I apply Purpose redness-reducing moisturizer. I have found that the best results come with A. a healthy diet, and B. being as gentle and careful as possible with the process. The only real problem I have now is how shiny my face is all the time. Not really oily, but shiny. And of course, there are also the red marks and the remaining scars. Anyway, I highly reccommend Duac gel, it has really helped me a lot, whether it is reducing inflammation or improving skin texture.

It's the only medication thats worked for me in years. I've tried every over the counter product for a prolonged time. I've tried oral antibiotics ,Tretinoin cream and even Proactive to no avail. I am very thankful my doctor prescribed this to me and my sister and we are both just amazed as to how well its been working. I've had acne for four years now and in four days my face has been seemingly revitalized. I recommend this to anyone with stubborn acne, it may be a tad expensive but it will save you face value in the long run ;p

give it a try also im on an oral antibotic it also seems to be working with the benzaclin that i use at night it worth the price

it helped a little at first, but I plan to try something different.

good product, have been usng it for 5 days now, skin has cleared slightly but very red. will continue to use and hope the dryness stops as it is unbearably dry and irritating me!

Go to the doctor and TELL, dont ask, TELL them to write you a script for Benzaclin. =)

I love it, I've been using it for almost two weeks and the results in my opion somewhat dramatic. I suffered from acne for years and this stuff is really helping at clearing it up. My doc has me using this along with an antibiotic twice a day and so far the results are miraculous. I'm using the antibiotic to help kill the bacteria from the inside out (my doc's recommendation), and I wash with the neutrogena acne cleansing bar twice a day before applying the benzaclin. At first, it does get rid of acne, however (for me) not all of it. AS time has progressed however, my acne has been getting steadily worse.

I have used this for 1 week, let me tell you my severe acne has dried up, the new ones coming up are dead, yes dead the next day. I recommend getting Microdermabrassion while on this medication. It tones and reduces the appearance of the red or brown post acne marks. I had my first one last week and going back every two weeks for a 2 month period. Good Luck.
