Pros:

I didn't have severe ance but I would get a few big pimples on my face, and I had back ance and chest ance and this stuff worked amazingly! It cleared up fast and nicely.

Cons:

Dries your skin out, and if you apply a lot it makes your face stiff feeeling.

I recommend this stuff to anyone who has ance is trying to get nice skin! Seriously, I love this stuff.

Pros:

Seems to make pimples go down faster, and made my dark marks fade a bit, in just a few days. I kept mine in the fridge and it felt really nice to the skin every morning...a little goes a long way, so all you need is a pea-sized drop.

Cons:

Severely dried out my skin...heavy peeling and irritability all over.

As it turns out, I am allergic to benzoyl peroxide. After 3 days of just using this in the morning, my eyes puffed up and became very itchy. I had redness and swelling on my cheeks too. My dermatologist gave me some hydrocortisone cream. I was also prescribed Minocycline and Differin. I am going to test Differin on the inside of my arm for a week to make sure I'm not sensitive to that as well, and hopefully resume with the Differin at night. It's too bad about the product...I'm sure it would have done great things if I wasn't sensitive to it!

Pros:

easy to use, tightens skin, clears the spot quite quick.

Cons:

not sure it lasts

I have been using it on and off for a few months, dont have to use it all the time. However, i did loose it and have had an outbreak recently. so maybe need to use it every other day which is good. i have had acne for over ten years. i have used Roaccutane which i bought over net - the doctor would not give it to me. i guess i am like i have never had serve acne. But it has still is extremley hard for me - like all of us. i think Duac is a quick fix and i think acne is emtional . use this if you have moderate acne and occassional outbreaks. maybe not the best prodcut for long term

Pros:

The only thing I've used that actually works and it doesn't dry my skin out or cause any unwanted side effects.

Cons:

Quite expensive for just one tube.

I'm so glad that my doctor prescribed this for me straight away and although it took at least a month to begin clearing the acne up, my skin is now almost pimple free. If you try it, bear with it because it will take a while to work, but once it does, you'll love it and it's effects.

Pros:

my skin is always very clear,

Cons:

dryness, ive used it for four years, and it had made my skin very prone to sunbrun, and bleaches all my clothes! sweat stings my face. i use it twice a day. whenever i forget, i always break out, even if i only forget once.

it works if your acne is severe, but over time wil make your skin dry, and tough, which is okay, if your skin is oily, i suppose. lotion as well as sunscreen recomended.

Pros:

Cleared up pimples that were coming up to the surface, worked excellently for two weeks.

Cons:

Does make skin feel tight, stopped working after two weeks.

I've been using Duac for four weeks and at first found it worked excellently. I used it once every night before bed and woke up and washed it off. I did notice it made my skin dry and tight but because I was asleep it wasn't an issue, and it didn't make me red or didn't irritate me in any other way. I noticed my pimples were less frequent but because I have dark skin I have alot of hypepigmentation, and Duac was not helping clear that up. Two weeks ago I noticed that my pimples were starting to reappear again despite the Duac, so I started using freshly cut lemons after I showered. I keep the lemon on my face and wash it off in the morning, and it works better than anything I have tried before! It must be remembered that every one's skin is different, but it is important that you try as much as you can until you find what is right for you.

Pros:

Dries out light acne, fades scars.

Cons:

Did not clear my chin acne. Very drying. $180 w/out insurance for a tiny 25g jar. Are you kidding me?!

Over-priced w/out insurance. Does not clear up face completely, had little to no effect on my chin acne. Should only be used on light cases of acne.
