Pros:

It works. It really clears those pimples.

Cons:

It is a little drying

The smell is fine, the product works, its mostly agreeable with little to no side effects other than brief redness, and its been pretty consistent. Use in combo with Differin for best results.

Pros:

Quick results, seems to literally peel zits away.

Cons:

EXTREME dryness, burning, and peeling.

I had perfect complexion (with a few zits a month here and there) and suddenly started breaking out badly a few months ago. I'm satisfied with this product's results except for the fact that my face feels like it's on fire and I can hardly crack a smile without feeling like my cheeks are going to rip apart. :( I tried Cetaphil Moisturizer and it only burned at application. I'm just going to stick it out for as long as I can and see where it takes me, however, the pain is absolutely horrific. :(

Pros:

Clears skin quickly comparing it to other products. I saw changes in one week! Though depending how severe your acne may have caused; it may take longer.

Cons:

Dry skin may be one of the side effects. But some non-medicated face lotion can fix that!

GET IT! Or if you need more information, talk about it with your doctor, she/he'll decide what's the best for your skin. It does not clog pores; smooths skin. I'm still a teen and this is what my doctor has recommended for me. I was asking her an allowance to consult a dermatologist, but she told me mine was very mild. The cost is not that heavy if insurance is at your back. But don't expect a clear skin the day after you use it; it'll probably look the same addition of dry skin. It's utterly irritating but it works. Gave me much more confidence. =]

Pros:

Works fast and works well.

Cons:

Dries skin, so use with a moisturizer.

I have adult acne, so I mentioned it to my doctor and she prescribed Benzaclin. It cleared my skin completely in three weeks. I actually noticed a difference on the second day. My doctor told me I could use it once or twice a day, and I chose just to use it once a day because of the cost, and it still worked. I now just use it every other day and it is still working.

Pros:

It dries out whiteheads overnight. Reduces acne by 60%

Cons:

Dry, flaked skin...but, use a good moisturizers. It doesn't clear blackheads.

Get it! It works well. Also, invest in a good moisturizers, they make a lot of difference. If u buy moisturizers over-the-counter, try Garnier Nutritioniste Renewal Cream. If you want to buy an AMAZING moisturizer, buy from a brand called REVIVE!!!!! The Renewal Cream is 150$ but it leaves skin smooth, and reduces acne.

Pros:

Clears up at first.

Cons:

Although it makes your skin dry and flaky and it sometimes burns, if you just use it every other day, all of those side effects go away. It worked great for 4 months, but I just got it refilled and it stopped working. Is it mixed wrong?

Great product, use moisturizer! Alternate days, but go back to DOC if it stops working. As for the price, Costco Wholesale has a great pharmacy and you don't have to be a member to buy it there!

Pros:

Skin is less oily, Only one new spot formed whilst using this!!
Oh, and free on NHS ;);)

Cons:

Skin can feel tight for a few hours after applying. (Some people may find this annoying, but I like the feeling :)) It beats oiliness any day..

Heyy I have had mild to moderate acne for a while now, (I'm 16) and have been on tablets like Enthromycin (worked amazingly but then became immune to it) and Oxytetracycline (which doesn't work on me).. so I decided to try a topical cream, and I have to say I'm really pleased with the results so far. I've been using it for a week, but saw results the morning after I'd used it. I woke up and, to my surprise, didn't (for the first time in months!!) have a cluster of new pimples, and amazingly my skin wasn't oily at all after a whole night.. (usually, my skin is horrible and greasy after I wake up in the morning and I can't wait to wash it, but my skin actually felt nice and firm.) I actually can't wait every morning to wash my face and apply this cream (I use a fingertip size for my whole face) and know that I can put my mineral makeup on and come home WITHOUT looking like I've dipped my face in cooking oil... So far it's great, but we'll see....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fingers c

Pros:

Was the best thing Ive tried yet.

Cons:

RIGHT after I stopped using it, my acne came BACK and worse. Am now addicted.. TOO expensive for me as well. How did you all get it for UNDER $50?

Good to treat while youre using it, but acne came back my dear friends...

Pros:

Works very well if you mix it 2 parts cocoa butter with one part B.C.. the cocoa butter reduces redness and dryness while healing scars while B.C. clears acne

Cons:

alone it makes skin red and dry

mixing with cocoa butter makes this stuff amazing...but it takes time be patient
