Pros:

cheap, works quickly, helps to reduce any type of acne. is the first spot treatment i found that does what it says :)

Cons:

drys out skin a bit ..but with some moisturiser that's fixed.

i love this product,.i recommend it.it has helped my skin.i saw results like the next day.i have only been using this product a week now.it does make your skin feel dry and it say to use sunscreen sence benzoyl peroxide makes the skin sensitive to the sun. i will continue using this product.i have tried many thingh and they never do what it says it will.Clearzit is not like that though. i use it in the morning and before going to bed. i cleanse with st.ivis green tea cleanser..this cleanser is new to me btw..if u convert the price i paid to US it would be like $2.50. cheap right and it works.

Pros:

Works FAST
Gets rid of all types of pimples
Extremely cheap
Easy to use
Disappears into skin
Smaller pores

Cons:

Slight itchy or burning feeling on the first application

The first time I bought this,I was a little hesitant because of the claims of how powerful and great it is on the box. I was on a prescription, but it honestly wasn't working and it ran out...so I bought this a few months ago.THIS STUFF WORKS :D The first time I bought it,I honestly saw results in four hours. It might not sound like much, but it did wonders on my skin. A few months later I still but this at Dollar General. I'm so pleased with this product and people tell me that my skin looks great. There a little bit of irritation/itching the first times that you use this, but it means that it's working! If you want something to actually work for you, then I strongly suggest that you buy this. It's totally worth it!

LOVE
Salicylic acid has never really worked for my face but as soon as i saw this and started using is as a spot treatment it works like magic it dries up those horribly red pimples that hurt so bad 10/10 would recommend.

How long did it take the benzoyl peroxide to completely clear the acne?
December 11, 2014
Finally
Proactive has benzoyl peroxide in it....that's y it bleached my sheets and towels...proactive also worked wonders for me. I stopped using it because the billing was always screwed up they would charge me extra sending bills in the mail. It's been 2 years hunting for the perfect skin care regime trying new things...and nothing has worked like this clear zit cream. I have super oily shiny skin, and this has perfected my skin into a matte appearance in just two nights and two days. Yes it does dry out the skin, but it's perfect becUse that's the skin that you need to exfoliate off anyway. It also dries up acne scars that I've had for years....now all I have to do is put on a great moisturizer or oil...and I'm super happy, burns like crazy wether you put a lot or a little on..but so do chemical peels...so it's safe.

Pros:

Works immediately, not at all greasy, mild peeling reveals smoother, lighter skin. Dissolves horrible acne cysts overnight. $1.50 at Dollar General.

Cons:

Mild stinging, went away in 10-15 mins. Could cause redness & dryness if overused- increase use gradually. Be careful not to get it too close to eyelids or eyebrows. Definitely need to use sunscreen if outside- skin revealed by peeling is fresh & sensitive to sun.

I've had cystic acne for 25 yrs, since I was 13. Started out then with Rx retin-A liquid that caused severe chemical burns. Over the yrs I've used Rx differin, retinol, benzamycin, oral antibiotics, 3 rounds of Accutane (great while using, caused long-term issues), OTC topicals & kits, ProActiv (horrible redness & scaling), microdermabrasion & eventually a chemical peel that caused severe scarring around my mouth & temples. The acne always came back, usually worse than before. In my late 30s, it's appeared on my face as mostly blackheads, small bumps & 4-6 extremely painful cysts at all times. The cysts also started to appear on my neck & take a month or more to go away. Recent finances have made me just live with it, using generic Blackhead Clearing Scrub w/salicylic acid 2% & clearance Avon mineral makeup. But within 2 hrs of washing my face, I'd feel & look oily. Several wks ago my local Dollar General had closeout Ambi Even & Clear Exfoliating Wash 0.5% salicylic acid on a BOGO sale, so I stocked up at $1.07 each. I saw the ClearZit on the shelf for $1.50, so grabbed a tube to try. I guess it's finally the right combo of salicylic acid & benzoyl peroxide for me. I had a cluster of cysts on my temple in the old scar tissue for several wks- very big, burning, very painful. Within hrs of first applying ClearZit, the cysts came to a head, released pressure & began to peel. Within 2 days, a small pink area remained. The peeling effect for me is very similar to with Accutane- mild, not painful at all, & revealing pinker, healthier skin underneath. The old scarring from the chemical burns & previous cysts is also smoother; my skin overall is smoother, pinker & healthier-looking & my pores are smaller & clearer. And no new cysts for more than a week! 2x daily, I wash with Ambi, follow with a light smear of ClearZit, then Avon mineral makeup. I've noticed even better results now that I've cut refined sugars

Pros:

This product has helped me tremendously. large acne take a little longer to go but the little ones go almost overnight. It also prevents acne from coming on.

Cons:

Sometimes there is a little over drying but it is nothing as compared to having sore acne and marks from the acne.

I am forty nine years old and have had acne from a teenager. For the first time in all my life I have found such a product on the market that is so successful for me. I also recommended it to others, most of them were equally amazed and pleased.

Pros:

Works fast and is affordable.

Cons:

It burns but it's not a big deal to me, I just use it at night.

It's awesome and well worth the money! It's already started to clear up my acne and I've only been using it for about a week.

It Kinda Works but should I continue?
I have been using this product for a week now.Day one it had a burn sensation day to same thing. Byll day for i saw results. Due to my hetic days i wasnt able to apply the crwam every day but i alwys try yo apply it befofe gp to bed. While I was asleep last night I woke up to scratch my face cause it was very itchy. I woke up this morning looking like a Pitbul with bumbs all over my face...I Know its the cream that did this because the bumps were only visible in the areas of my face where the cream was applied. I dont know what to do should I continue to use it.

Pros:

*Very fast working
*True Results in a couple of Days
*Cheap

Cons:

*Powerful 10% BPeroxide can dry and irritate skin if used too frequently.

I have tried every retinA cream out there and none of them worked or were even close to the ClearZit cream and the results I have obtained from it. Accutane did help me, but acne returned, although not as bad as it was before the Accutane, I now use the ClearZit as a maintenance cream. Make sure that you start off with one application once a day or at least every other day. Only use a pea sized amount for each area. It may not seem like enough cream at first but this cream is 10% BP and incredibly powerful. If used in this way the dry skin and irritation caused is very minimal.
