Neutrogena : Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask

*GREAT PRODUCT* Also another way i found this product effective is rubbing it into my cheeks in a slow clockwise direction with enough water to cause a small lather for about 2 min. Makes a wonderful start to a Day :)

I've tried everything and normally when a product clears up my old acne, my skin breaks out even worse within a couple days. The "regimen" here works okay for me but I found my pores were still clogging and my skin was still breaking out, so I went to the drugstore hoping to find a miracle (but knowing better than to think that). I chose this stuff because of the benzoyl peroxide (3.5%) and kaolin (clay) and saw results within 24 hours. After a week of use I even went without makeup today. Now I should note I am also using a thin layer of Neutr. On-the-Spot treatment at night along with pure jojoba oil twice a day. I think this cleanser/mask helps open my pores so the good stuff can soak in. This will definitely dry your skin out like any benzoyl peroxide treatment, so you have to put moisture back. Definitely try jojoba oil (Dan uses it too) since it won't clog your pores at all, matches your skin's pH and is super concentrated.

i decided to switch to cetaphil after hearing all the good stuff about it..BIG MISTAKE! my skin has broken out like never before and i regret switching from this stuff..i guess its true that when its not broke, dont try to fix it

Give it a little time for your skin to get used to the product because it works REALLY well. Definitely my favorite product but it's frustrating because it can sometimes be a challenge to find. I swear half the time I go looking for it at CVS/Walgreens/Target they have every other Neutrogena product ever created except for the one that I'm looking for...

I had very stubborn acne in high school and had been trying to use salicylic acid to solve my problems. I used a variety of SA washes and none really helped. In fact, the exfoliation of SA might have even irritated my skin further. My doctor recommended me to try benzoyl peroxide and I picked up this one because it has moderate concentration. I now use this at night (a more gentle and natural cleanser in the morning) and my skin has never been better. Because of the creamy texture I don't find it overly drying, and I typically spend around 60 seconds massaging the product into my face with my Foreo luna before rinsing. My skin tolerates this product better than salicylic acid, but everyone's skin is different. This was also great because I live a very active lifestyle and work out a lot, and the sweating made my skin a haven for bacteria, meaning that the antibacterial properties of BP were much needed. Bottom line, this is a solid, proven product that is worth trying if salicylic acid isn't cutting it for you. Would recommend using it once a day rather than twice if you want to be gentler on the skin.

This is the best neutrogena product for acne that I have used. It works well and you can feel it working right away. It leaves skin soft and clean and has enough benzoyl peroxide to do the trick. I will never switch products it is by far my favourite.

This is a great product, and I have not super bad acne but probably moderately severe. It stings, but its worth it. I really like the consistency of the product, and how it makes my face feel the next day. It has reduced most of the pimples and zits on my face, and even though I wear a TON of makeup, this stuff helps. Try it out! :D

This product is great is even works for blackheads! Some peoples face are sensitive but mine isn't. I don't recommended it for people with sensitive skin! Right now it works great! This is a great buy

This acne item is fantastic! I've used numerous amounts of creams, foams, and cleansers for my face...none which have worked as good and as long as this one. I love it!
