Pros:

inexpensive, easy to dispense, two in one, no smell

Cons:

tiny scratchy beads in the cream aren't a plus, saw no improvement in acne, gels are better

it's not a BAD product but it didn't do much for me. i guess it would work okay for someone with much milder acne.

Pros:

Update - I've now tried this for 2 1/2 weeks. It is still working, my pores are very small, and the only bits of acne I have are on my forehead where my bangs touch and a couple near my mouth where I put my hands.

Cons:

I nearly overdid it with the mask - it is too much once your skin is fairly clear and mine got that tight, plastic-y feeling.

I've gone from NEEDing to see a derm. to almost clear skin in 3 weeks. Definitely use Jojoba oil afterward and don't rub it in. What I've tried before: Clearasil all over in teens, Clindamycin (topical) worked for a year in my late teens. RetinA etc. was too harsh (tried the gentler version too). Salicylic acid barely helps, just reduces pimples. Adult clearasil (sulphur) dried big zits but never all over. Tea tree oil helped dry but not prevent. Lavender oil (mixed with joj.) reduced inflam. and was worth daily use. Aspirin masks did the same but too harsh for daily. ProActive freaked my skin out. Most face washes make me break out more, except La Roche-Posay which helped (but is $$$!) and Cetaphil (did nothing). Tried ZitStick with mixed results, plus Collective Wellbeing's acne kit which worked a little the first week. Positive results with Dan's reg. but not enough (see below). Nuts, shampoo, hormones and stress make me break out, and diet helps improve skin.

Pros:

deep clean

Cons:

a very, very slight burning sensation if i leave it on too long

This product WORKS. It really clears out pimples, and it feels good. It's got a nice tingle to it, and it feels cool. If you leave it on for too long, you start to get a slight burning senstion, but it's not at all that bad.

Pros:

NONE!

Cons:

Severe burning of skin
Pain
Causes dry skin

Don't use this product! It burned my skin even though I only left it on for 2 minutes. Now my face is as red as a tomato and I have white circles around my eyes where I didn't put it. My face feels like it was severely sunburned. -Hot to the touch and bright red. It is also really dry. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Label says it is not for those with severe sensitive skin. Mine isn't severely sensitive and now I look and feel horrible! :0(
