Pros:

Very affordable and lasts much longer than popular acne treatments. You get 4x the amount for your dollar.

Cons:

None. I will say that for the users who are breaking out more in the beginning, the same did happen to me, and I fixed that by using a 2 1/2% benzol peroxide treatment before their moisturizer. Worked Perfectly!

The products are natural without all the synthetic chemicals! My face has NEVER been better. This summer was the first time that I was able to swim in the pool without worrying that my makeup would wash off and reveal my acne! I have used it for over a year now and would never be without it. I used to rely on my mineral makeup for that healthy glow, and now after using this....I have it naturally! Pros:

Clears up my skin in an amazing way. And it's affordable. The time that I did stop using it, you could tell within a week because I started breaking out again. Great consistency, scent & very complimentary with the other Carley's products. LOVE it!

Cons:

None whatsoever.

I've been using this product for several years. I am so glad that I ran across it on ebay...it was a total blessing. I'm in my mid-30's, and for some reason still have breakouts...how annoying. But anyway, this stuff really works great. I also absolutely loooove the soap that comes with it. I buy that separately, along with the day creme & night creme, which I also cannot live without, by the way. And you can bet that I will absolutely buy this product for my step-son (who just turned 15) when he starts to need it. I wish I had this product available when I was a teenager!! It would have made high school a lot more bearable! Thanks for a GREAT product!!!!!!

Pros:

It feels good, easy to use, very economical, does not promote excessive dryness, and helps heal faster than anything I have tried before.

Cons:

It does make the skin break-out more at first, but it pulls out all the impurities in the skin. Patience is the key to using this product.

I had used Pro-active for years on mild acne, until adult-onset acne hit (you the know the kind with huge cyst-like craters). I went to a dermatologist, but the only thing that help was to take a low-dose antibiotic constantly. Then I found Carl's after searching the net (what seemed like forever). I knew I had nothing to lose with only a $20 investment. I have been using it now for 7 months and I am seeing great results. I had to fight the break-outs since the product was pulling out the impurities, but it is worth it. I saw immediate changes in the form of my pimples, which gave me hope. Persistence and patience are the keys for this product to work on stubborn adult acne.

Pros:

Previously I had moderate acne with combination oily/dry skin. I would estimate I have 4 whiteheads per month now (amazing) typically along my hairline that peak after heavy workout weeks. NONE on my chin, nose, or cheeks, which used to be problem areas.

Cons:

The directed regimen may dry your skin in colder climates, though I have seen no ill effects from making up my own regimen.

After using for 2 years after failing every other product I have tried, including Accutane (twice, relapsed within a year each time), ProActiv, and Acne.org regimen. I have waited to review this product after experiencing temporary success with other products. I am a physician (radiologist, not a dermatologist) and can say with a high degree of confidence this is a superior product. I use the natural soap that included with the BP wash sparingly (less than daily), with a generous amount of the BP wash twice daily in the shower. I use the BP wash in the shower and after with a clean wash cloth with warm water to gently (sometimes not so gently) to exfoliate (rub) off skin. I know this is anathema with the acne.org regimen. I follow it with a generous application (or 2 or 3; I live in Boston) of their Midnight Moisturizer for Acne Prone Skin twice daily. My skin loves the moisturizer as well. No grease (no more blotting my face) and now I have an even complexion.

Pros:

works if used correctly, long term solution, makes skin feel great and clean, no acne!

Cons:

works better if used with purified water (at least for my skin), MUST follow directions or the product doesn't work like it should

this product is amazing first of all. I will never go back to using the array of bad products for my face - I have used them all and nothing compares to this product. The customer service is amazing and they will answer all emails fast and effectively. It took me about a month of using it to realize that I was not doing an effective job.. (follow directions precisely!) Once I changed what I was doing AND started using purified water my face has taken a drastic turn for the better! While it's not 100% clear after 3 months it is on its way (I was using bad products for over 5 years so I understand it takes time to undo the damage I did). Love all their moisturizers and foundation too. Highly recommend to all - I have struggled for years trying to find a long term solution for my acne and this is it!

Pros:

Huge amount of product for the price, shipping is fast, free bar of soap, it WORKS!! Free samples usually included too, that's a plus.

Cons:

Can't really think of a con

For me, the Kick Ass cleanser works. I thought I no longer needed it and quit using it after using it consistently for over a year. Slowly but surely I started getting a breakout here and there. I pulled my Carley's back out and started using it again. My skin has already started clearing up again. This product will always be a staple for me. I learned my lesson.

Pros:

Knowing that when you wake up, you won't have a spot on your face! It took about 2 weeks for it to kick in and I followed every step verbatim but it's well worth the wait. Once again like most reviews, I have tried everything out there..over the counter scrubs and about 8 other products in store and nothing compares at all. I would get a greasy feel from other scrubs about 4 hours after my wash, with Carley's, I feel fresh all day and I don't get that "shine" that most products display.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Just be sure to follow the instructions and there will be no problem. It takes 5 minutes to complete the process thoroughly but it's completely worth it.

This is a product I will continue to purchase throughout my life as I have had great success early on. The natural soap is great to use right before bed in a sink without the wash cloth. I have a new found confidence that I really didn't know I could get until I tried this product. Excellent work Steve and I am proud to be a recipient of Carley's! I hope this review is as helpful as the product!

Pros:

This is an excellent product. It healed my lifelong acne and I no longer need to use the skin treatment. I now use Carley's moisturizing line and soaps. My teenage sons are using the acne treatment now. No animal products - very nice plus!

Cons:

The packaging is not fancy.

This is a rare product that actually works exactly the way it is advertised.

Pros:

I love this product! I'm 50 years old and decided to try going without it for a couple months. Big mistake that I am paying for now. After starting up again, my face feels better already.

Cons:

Wasn't careful enough with some towels, and it did take the color out.

I will use this product forever!!!
