Pros:

It's thick, so once it's lathered up it stays on your skin until you want to rinse.

Cons:

My skin is itchy

I've been using it for about 2 weeks. I am about 1/4 through the bottle. It seems to be working for the larger zits. My skin has always been bumpy and kind of rough (small little white heads) and it is not helping that.. After reading these reviews I am not giving up...I have been ising the product consistently and will use it. According to some of you, after one bottle I should notice a huge difference.

Pros:

Works great!

I use it every time I shower and works great for me. Totally cleared my back acne. If I skip though, it comes back, so I have to remember to use at least once every two days. I apply moisturizing cream afterward to make sure it doesn't dry out too much, even though it doesn't seem to. It lead me to try Neutrogena's Oil-Free Acne Wash for the face, which has helped my face skin incredibly.

Pros:

-Has a very clean scent
-Scrubby (optional scrubby bead things)
-Compared to other medicated OTC treatments, it's not *that* expensive.
-They recently changed the cap design so it's easier to get out of the bottle.
-GREAT spot treatment for neck/jawline!

Cons:

-It only seemed to work for about the first week then acne came right back. (my back acne is extremely persistent though)
-Not exactly inexpensive, but could be far worse.
-Was only effective on shoulders (or on neck/jaw as a leave-on spot treatment)
-Was not effective on lower back, 'bum cheeks' at all (results may vary)

At first I ran back to the store ASAP and bought 3 more bottles (as other people on here have said) but eventually it stopped controlling my back/body acne. Stopped using it but it seems to be a great, very safe treatment to try if you're having body acne issues. Didn't seem to damage my skin at all.

okay body wash.

Cons:

Went through two full bottles and has no effect on my back acne what so ever. use NIVEA DOUBLE ACTION FOR MEN! im a women and i use it and it works for my back acne. it tookk about 2 weeks for my skin to get used to this product and get smooth and clear. I ALSO LOVEE the NIVEA OIL CONTROL FOR MEN. again im a women. my dermatologist said it is absolutely fine to use cleansers labeled for men.

Pros:

Doesn't smell horrible

Cons:

Makes it worse and makes skin itch

i have mild acne on my shoulders neck upper and lower back and chest, i've been usnig this product for a month and its done nothing but make my acne worse and my skin dry and itchy.

Pros:

very good , keep me feeling fresh , my skin feels soft and smooth and fresher and shinning

i got it from my fiance when she came from the usa she bought it for herself and gave me to try it , i loved it and now its mine but it will soon finish , i have to wait for her to send me another one or will have to wait till i get to the states , i dont know if i can find it here but not seen it yet

Pros:

Easy to find. Effective.

Cons:

Takes a while to work.

So I've tried just about everything to clear up acne on my back, shoulders, and occasionally chest. I had even used this product before, but gave up when it didnt work fast enough. Now I have been using this for three months or so and my back is waaay clear. I still get minor break outs, but finally I can wear tank tops and bikinis again. Give it a try, but be patient. I use it twice daily and have seen great results.

Might not work for people with more severe cases

I am very satisfied with this product. Despite suffering with bad acne on my face for years I took some consolation in that I had virtually no body acne or neck acne. Well about 2 months ago I started noticing that I was getting a bunch of little pimples all over my chest, traps, and upper back. This worried me alot but luckily for me my sister had already purchased this product for her acne so I started using it and it cleared me up pretty good. If you have light to mild/moderate body acne I suggest you give this a shot. If your acne is more severe you might need something a little stronger.
