Pros:

It does clear spots, fragrance free, very cheap

Cons:

Very thick gel that drys really tight on skin. Also skin is very very very red and flakey

This stuff does clear acne...however after a few days of use you go red as a tomato and really really flakey...parts of my skin were as rough as sandpaper no jokes! But if u cant put up with it, it will work on spots. I hate the fact its a really thick gel tho....so im trying quinoderm 5 cus its a cream with anticeptic in it so it shud be gentler..will update

Pros:

This really does work. This is the second time I have decided to use this specific treatment and within the first few days, my skin had vastly improved.

Cons:

It does make your skin red and a bit sore. Moisturising before using can help with flaky skin patches.

Try it!!! Although it makes your skin a bit red for the first couple of days/weeks, the outcome is completely worth it. I have tried everything (sudocrem, dermalogica, clearsil, toothpaste, tea tree...the list is endless) and was apprehensive about using this again but Im glad I did. My skin and confidence has definitely improved.

Pros:

Used this for a month a few years ago and it completely cleared my skin up.

Cons:

Did make my skin dry and flakey at first until I used a stronger moisturizer

It really dried my skin at the beginning but got rid of my moderate acne when I used this, with no scarring.

Pros:

When I first used Panoxyl..it dried the pimples ... it did clear the spots away....

Cons:

My skin was very very itchy...my skin was dry and flaky....but I'm planning to use moisturizer...

It's a great product...it actually works fast..but the side effects are very obvious...but I think I should follow the correct regimen...

Pros:

good for getting rid of spots, ive only used for a week & can see alot of diffrence, also skin is getting used to product, meaning less flakey skin & dry skin, much more smoother specialy when using moisturizer such as (my favourate) E45 cream.

Cons:

first 4days for me, i wanted to quit & giveup using panoxyl because the DRYNESS is unbeliveable & very FLAKEY plus alot of REDNESS, unless your lucky, just stick with it & i promise you will see results, after a week im very happy with my skin.

be consistent with panoxyl, dont quit on it even if you think the worst, (about scaring) it will improve your spots, & get rid of most of them, if you have mild acne, you will see results within a week like me. STICK TO IT.

Pros:

It did manage to get rid of some spot scars that were persistent. I had adult acne which is now gone no thanks to Panoxyl... But it did strip away a layer of skin that had old scars on it leaving the area smoother, but did nothing for my acne.

Cons:

Dried my face even after using loads of face cream, made it look like I had scaly skin and was a burns victim.. after using panoxyl I had been left with more spots.

I HAD adult acne, I tried everything there was, I also tried panoxyl for a few months. I shouldnt of used it for that long but the forum here said to be persistent so see maximum benefits... but It just got worse, where ever I used the product, new spots occurred and my skin begun to look old like it was much better suited to some one who was 80 not 30! I stopped using the product and researched alot into what caused acne, I spent ages in front of the pc and my head in books. I changed my diet, I cut out caffeine, wheat, dairy, and cut down on sugar, I started taking Zinc, B5, iron, Vit C, multiVits, and clear complexion tablets, I drink loads of water2 and now I look and feel so much better for it, once my acne scars go there will be no evidence that I had acne! My figure has also changed and I now have a washboard stomach, I work for a health and fitness company and I am also doing a nutrition course as I believe that you can truly alter your appearance by altering your di

Pros:

definitely helps your skin! i've been feeling so much more confident because of it

Cons:

for the first month or so your skin is incredibly dry & flaky - this can cause you to be put off the cream but if you stick with it & moisturize you should find your skin will get used to it after about a month & a half.

i've already written a review for this but now that i have used it for a longer amount of time i believe i have a more reliable outlook than i used to. when you first begin using it your skin will be very red & get very dry. i promise you after about a month & a half after using this that reaction should stop! benzoyl peroxide has been one of the only things that has worked for me. i've been on a number of antibiotics for my skin & differin cream - i became immune to all of these things & i am now on dianette & bp 2.5%

Pros:

its quite efficient in eliminating the acne since it dries up the acne real quick i can feel that my skin is improving to an extent.this was prescribed by my dermatologist

Cons:

it works just fine except near my mouth where there are the lines which usually old ppl have.. its suprisingly turned brown like its burnt and im afraid that itll become permenant. ive been using it for a month now the burn is still the same

id appreciate some advice concerning the burns although i will revise with my dermatologist once more but im afraid that the burns will leave marks.. bottom line is that i dont advise it for ppl having sensitive skin as mine. PS : ive been using hyfac bar soap with it as well as sunstop sunblock SPF 50 and ive been applying panoxyl every evening before going to bed
