Pros:

It really helps reduce your spots in size, and I guess with the bleach the scar will lighten eventually.

Cons:

Nothing really its great, If i'd used it when I had my first ever spot, I would never have got any more. ahwell, today counts got to keep going, yeah only dries the area youve used it on very slightly though.

Why have people paid for it, my doctor prescribed mine. so it was free from the chemist.

Pros:

works really well, very fast acting, peels off a layer of your skin to reveal glowing, noticably healthy skin

Cons:

since it strips ur skin it makes ur face tight, red, itchy for a while. I used the gel when my face was still stripping...bad idea. It felt like my skin was on fire and i cudnt go in the sun for 2 days.

fastest working product i have ever tried started working within 24 hrs. yielded beautiful glowing skin. NO more bumps. My spots are coming out. I feel confident and sexy again.

Cons:

drying but nothing that a good moist. cant solve.
Do NOT use as a spot treatment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! chemical burns

I have used everything under the sun to OTC products to laser treatments and I have never had as good of results as when I use this product. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself torture do NOT use as a spot treatment! I have semi-sensitive skin and left it on as a spot treatment over night and in the morning I woke up with first degree chemical burns on my face! It was awful:( but if you use as recommended then it is by far the best OTC acne tx there is!!

Pros:

Effectiveness, Texture, Oil Control

Cons:

It's strong so use carefully depending on your skin type. (Hope I didn't accidentally post this twice--didn't look like it worked the first time).

This product is the only thing that keeps my nose under control. I have severely oily skin on my nose, and a year ago I started breaking out in very painful, very deep under the skin pimples/cysts that were constant. I tried changing my diet (did all that low glycemic index, super healthy stuff--didn't do jack), changing face washes, changing everything. Nothing worked. Until I started using this stuff on a regular basis. I used the regimen style of applying this product (but my skin is very oily so I was able to handle it, you might now) and did not moisturize. Skin peeled but breakouts stopped completely and I basically didn't have a single zit for a year until I saw a dermatologist for something last week for something and he convinced me to try his benzaclin/tazorac regimen with cetaphil wash and stop the BP. For some reason I did and broke out in every pore on my nose. I immediately went back to my Panoxyl. It's my secret weapon. Hope it does the trick again. Dermatologists suck!

Pros:

Works really well to clear up spots (had a whitehead in morning and applied it, was almost gone by evening). Very affordable (cost me 5 euro!!)

Cons:

Dries out skin a LOT if overused, can dye hair and clothes if used carelessly

After trying about 20 different products that I picked up locally, I found that this one was by far the best. Would not recommend for light acne, but works very well for anything worse.

When i have it at my use it does work really food at drying up unwanted pimples.

Cons:

It is still pretty expensive and i can only get it at walgreens or CVS you should think about sellingit at a target or something also it leaves dry itchy spots and a lot of scarring

I do like it its kinda expeansive and not easy to find but it does leave itchy scars.
