Pros:

dries up pimples faster than just leaving them alone, deeply cleans your face, helps prevent new breakouts, your skin feels fresh and it glows after you rinse it off.

Cons:

The first day or two, it will burn a bit and make your skin red, but once your skin adjusts, this won't happen anymore.

I've tried so many different products to try to clear up my acne after I could no longer afford to be on Retin-A. Nothing has worked better than a mask of baking soda and water applied to my face twice a day. I wash my face, then apply this mask morning and night, leave it on until it dries, and then I rinse it off, following up with an oil-free moisturizer. After 2 days of using the product, my skin no longer burned when I put it on, and the redness went away. It shrinks down my pimples (even the cystic ones) faster than if I were to just leave them be, and now that I've been on it for about 2 months, I find that I get far less pimples, (even cysts!) Occasionally, I'll get a bad hormonal breakout, but they're only half as bad as they used to be when I wasn't on baking soda. This stuff totally rocks, I recommend it 100%. You'll never find anything more effective that's so cheap!

Pros:

Cheap

Cons:

Doesn't work

I used it once, and when I woke up, the few pimples I had were all amplified.. I'm scared that if I keep using it will only get worse.

Pros:

my face has never felt this clean and smooth. my pimples calmed down immediately after i washed it off. they were still there just not inflamed and painful

Cons:

it burns a little but i like it because i know its WORKING! :)

i've wasted money on so many different things to make my skin look good. this even smoothed out my coloration. hopefully i won't have to wear a ton of powder and foundation anymore. baking soda is the cheap and easy way out! for real!

Pros:

it looks a lot better

Cons:

stings a little

I am 11 and I have been strugling with acne since I was 9. I love to play sports and am pretty skiny. I applied it to my skin with water for about 14 minutes and took it off. Then I aplied it with cetaphil face wash. When I washed that off it is looking a lot better but I don't have any changes yet. I will most definitly do another post tomorrow morning and will tell you about any changes or reactions. I do recomend it because a lot of other people do and if it doesn't work out for me then it might work out for you.

Wow i usually never write reviews, but it made my acne almost disappear!! I just have some leftover scars now..... NOTHING has worked for me in the past, i was impressed this did!!! i used it several times a day and from the first few days i can notice it's lighter and gave a matte touch to the face. I just sprinkle some on my hand when i was my face as a scrub...

Pros:

cheap

Cons:

irritated my skin

if you want to use something natural and don't have sensitive skin I guess this may work as a good exfoliant but it just made my skin go red.

Pros:

Cuts down on redness and size of pimples. But you should leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Try a test patch near your nose were the skin is sensitive and wait 30 minutes to make sure your skin can handle it. It does cause a mild burning sensation.

Cons:

The burning feeling on your skin. It is best to do this mask at the end of the day so any redness and tightness can clear by morning.

Will work for most lighter skin tones. Darker skinned people should go with a honey mask for 30 minutes 3 times a week.
