Pros:

Did notice lightening of skin tone

Cons:

I don't have sensitive skin. This made me break out wrose, when i was at my worst. Its very alkaline. Definitely not for me.

I was trying to see if the problem with the PH was my skin had to do with it being too acidic or too alkaline. I tried apple cider vinegar (an acid) and it worked brilliantly. So, this probably works for the people with the opposite problem (an acidic PH) and those without skin PH problems whatsoever.

Pros:

cheap

Cons:

little messy

using this product didn't not heal my acne by any means, but it shrinks my pores (if only temporarily) and makes my face feel very soft. i like to use it before putting make up on because it tightens my face and the make up goes on really smooth

Pros:

Cheap

Cons:

Irritated skin and left skin with deep red scars, caused way more breakouts = NOT RIGHT FOR EVERYONE

TRY IT ONCE GENTLY, AND WAIT A COUPLE DAYS TO SEE HOW YOU REACT.

i have suffering acne for 2 years and i have tried everything and none of them works. I guess i have spend maybe thousands for acne cure. I began to use the baking soda after i read others reviews about the baking soda on their acne....and the results are amazing..i have used it for a week now...and i can see huge difference, the scars are fading and my acne problem are starting to stop. I recommend this to all acne sufferers out there as it does really works^^

Pros:

Works fantastically...for a day.

Cons:

My skin got used to it.

In one night of using it, I saw a complete change in my face. Literally murdered my whiteheads. Sadly, all the thought-to-be dead pimples came back within a day, and get no smaller, no matter how much friggin baking soda I put on them. I'd really only recommend this if your in a pinch, like the night before school pictures or something.

Pros:

It significantly reduced the amount of pimples I got and helped to heal my existing acne.

Cons:

can burn when just using baking soda but I add a little honey for my sensitive skin and it doesn't burn.

It really works! I mix a couple teaspoons of baking soda with a few drops of water and a drop or two of honey in a light paste. (baking soda is a good scrub while honey moisturizes) Then, I massage my face with a hot wash cloth and spread the concoction with a cotton ball. Next, I rinse with a cold wash after a minute or two. I do this twice a day. Also, spot treatment helps to speed up the healing process even faster.
