Pros:

it is cheap and it works for the first week

Cons:

it dried and irritated and redness really bad the bottom part of my mouth

it works if you use it certain days but when you use it and you later rinse it off it leaves your skin so smooth and feels AWWWmazing but if you use cold water .

Pros:

Great exfoliant
Available to everyone for very cheap

Cons:

Did not clear acne at all

I used this for several months, and it gave my skin a healthy glow and sloughed off the dead skin, but it did not clear my acne at all. In fact, I felt like it made my scars stand out more and made the redness a lot more noticeable. I also kind of felt like it bleached my face a little bit, which was both good and bad - I have some dark hairs on my face but I don't want to look like death. Bottom line - great exfoliant, but if you want to get rid of acne, it may do nothing for you.

Pros:

It does clear up the face and make the skin smooth. Make sure you rub smoothly with water.

Cons:

Doesn't seem to work for some people.

If baking soda doesn't help with clearing your acne, you can always whiten your teeth by brushing with baking soda. Tastes salty, but the you will notice your teeth being whiter after a few days. If you can deal with the taste, swallow the alkaline water as you brush. Being alkaline is known to prevent and cure many diseases.

Pros:

left skin feeling less oily- skin feels a bit smoother in areas- seems to help some with hyperpigmentation as well

Cons:

acne is still there- made skin red

give it a shot you dont have anything to loose but your dreadfull acne! trust me i know how your feeling right now. i continuosly research acne blogs online hoping to find a miricle cure but i think the main thing to focus on is having patience. try not to stress out about your acne and do something fun with the girls for a night to get your mind off of it! -oh and give things time to work. if you use it for a week and see no results dont give up. it takes a while for your skin to adjust to new produtcs! :)

Pros:

Cheap
Clears up /most/ big red acne
Works AT FIRST

Cons:

Does not gurantee long term clear skin
Prolonged use caused immunity

For the first few weeks, it cleared up my skin ALOT. It was amazing! :D (Water + Baking Soda Mask, leave it on for 20 minutes). /Most/ of my large pimples are gone (those annoying red ones). BUT.... now there are many of these tiny little bumps, which I hate even more. The baking soda DOES NOT work anymore, my skin has gotten used to its affect, I believe. It's as if my face doesn't want to get any better. ;_; It may or may not work out for you. I would reccomend it, but not for long term use.

Pros:

WORKED BETTER THAN ANYTHING!!!! TRY IT!

Cons:

first time use it stung and my frace got a bit red but i have sensitive skin and that went away in a few minutes.

i had really bad bumps on my face that looked like developing white heads but never actually got heads. once i started using baking soda(leave on for 5 min) then rinse with water and add diluted lemon juice, it dissapeard in 3 days and my skin was even. i was happy there so i tried on my back where i have many acne scars. they are slowly fading and i hope i can wear backless shirts soon!
