Cons:
-Smell
-Can upset stomach
I absolutely love this product! Has really helped with existing acne and has protected against new acne forming. I dab a little bit on a cotton ball and sweep across my face. I also take 2 teaspoons a day for vibrant skin. It takes about a week to get used to the smell/taste but it is totally worth it. I don't know what i was doing before this product. Make sure you get the Braggs brand with the "Mother" which contains all the organic nutrients.

sensitive to hard water?
I suspected my tap water may be contributing to my acne. I have hard water and I heard vinegar can be used to restore skins pH balance and remove minerals and metals that can be left behind after washing. My easy fix rather than installing a water filtration system is to buy a single bottle of purified water, drink half and fill the rest with apple cider vinegar. I also added a few drops of tea tree oil. I store it in the fridge and use it on a cotton pad as a toner. My skin began breaking out about 15 years ago in my early 20's. I always assumed it was that adult acne I kept hearing about. I now believe it's always been the hard water. So it's worth a try. Won't cost much to experiment. The tea tree oil has acne fighting benefits but I added it mainly to disguise the smell of vinegar. Works great without it. Just be sure to use the toner after every shower or any time you splash your face with tap water. I use it right before bed and right when I wake up.

ACV Toner
I've been using a homemade toner using ACV and water for 4 days so far. Already, after only using it every morning and night, I can see my forehead acne fading. There are only a few noticeable pimples, but the rest is nearly gone! I'm already satisfied with the results, and look forward to seeing how my acne will be after another week. I made and keep my toner in a water bottle. I mixed 1 part ACV and 2 parts water. In case you're wondering what ratio you should have, many of the websites I visited had specific ACV to water ratios depending on skin type.
At night and in the morning, I first wash my face, then applying the ACV toner. I use a clean cotton ball to put it on my face. I wait until it completely dries before putting on my moisturizer. I've scoured the Internet trying to find effective home remedies for acne. The ACV toner really proved to work. I'm slowly shaping an all-natural morning and night routine where I use nothing but organic ingredients (with some exceptions like sunscreen). In conclusion, I definitely recommend incorporating ACV into your skincare routine. From my experience, it does wonders!

Not for me!
I tried this for about 2 months. I stupidly stuck with it thinking it was all going to get better (as per other reviews). My skin got so bad I am now on antibiotics to try and treat the cystic acne that it caused. I'm convinced the good reviews are written by Braggs. Try at your own risk.

HELP
So I never usually get spots or pimples and all of a sudden I have broken out so bad on my forehead. I've tried different things but nothing seems to work. Then I came across ACV. I've been using it as a toner with the ratio 1:1 and have been using it for about 5 days now, I thought I saw a little improvement with the redness of the spots going down but today my forehead looks so bad. Please could someone advise me how long this takes to kick in? Thanks :)

worth a try!
I dilute this 2 to 1 with water. I wouldn't say it really helps with pimples for me but my skin is far less oily when I use this. also it seems to sort of hydrate my skin since it has that fine lined dehydrated look from benzoyl peroxide. it doesn't really make enough of a difference for me to keep using it but I recommend giving it a try, although it does smell. they say it goes away once it dries but if you sweat or anything you will smell it. this didn't burn or tingle or anything to me. if you breakout easily (I do) I recommend spot testing for a week or two to see how your skin will react. if it's not going to work for you, it will save you alot of headache in the long run!

This stuff is great
I use this every night as a toner after I wash my face. I do dilute it, half ACV and the rest water. The only bad thing is that it smells like stinky feet, and it makes your eyes water. Other than that, it doesn't dry out my face and it makes my skin smooth. I also found that it works well on existing acne, as well as make redness go down. I didn't find that it helped dark spots much.

ACV as a toner
ACV as a toner is awesome! well it took 3 weeks for me to see a difference because i had to adjust the ratio of the concentration of acv to water until I got the solution that was compatible with my skin ( which was 1:3 with 12 drops of blemish free oil). I tried different combinations such as water & acv, water. green tea extract & acv. and last was water, acv and drops of blemish free oil which has essential oils such as tea tree, jojoba, and VCO to name a few. Overall, the product is great in preventing acne and treating those acne that are just starting to appear. However, the only disadvantage I can identify is the strong smell. In addition to this, I also took supplements such as Evening Primrose Oil, Zinc picolinate, and Vitamin E. I also spot treated my acne after cleansing and toning with tea tree acne-gel.
