Pros:

Great! Inside and out! Feel much healthier and for my skin, i use as toner which makes my face glows. Wonderful product.

Cons:

when I use normal white vinegar i smell like food and when using ACV, i smell like wine. ehhehe but it goes away after awhile. dunno if anybody else can smell me, haven't tested it yet..lol

I actually like the taste raw from bottle 2tb 2x a day or 4tb 1x a day. taste lot like wine. think it even taste better than beer but that just my opinion coz i don't like booze whatsoever. (Sorry! lol) Bottom line is just hafta try it first, take it inside and out. Nothing to lose, cheap stuff compare to other awful acne and health products.Recommend Bragg with mother!

Learning that nothing will be my miracle but there are things that will greatly help!

26/f. I have struggled with mild acne since adolescence. Within the last few years I have realized that my acne is directly related to my diet. Eat clean, my skin will clear up, eat processed food, and especially foods with a high GI, an immediate breakout will happen.

ACV helps if your acne is directly tied to diet. Because it helps control blood sugar levels, my skin is less sensitive to eating high GI foods.

When I first started using ACV, I made 3 mistakes. The first was to take too much too fast, the second was to not measure how much I was taking, and the third was to take it inconsistently. I was taking about 1 TBS a day. While my face cleared up, this caused a really bad breakout on my back that took a long time to clear off after I decided to stop taking it for awhile. About 9 months later I decided to start again, but slowly, accurate, and on a schedule. I've learned that A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY. When I first started I was taking 1/2 TEASPOON once a week. A week later I upped it to 1/2 TEASPOON twice a week, which is what I am currently taking (diluted in a large glass of water).

It has been great!! I have gotten very few breakouts since, and my back which is quite clear, which is very unusual. Because I have started so slowly, my body has been able to get used to it without any major issues, and without any breakouts that others refer to as "the purge" and which is frankly not worth it and not necessary. If you would like to try this regime, know that a little really does go a long way and to start slowly, measure it out, and follow a schedule. I likely won't ever be drinking anywhere close to 1 TBS a day. I just don't think my body needs that much. Start slowly and you will know how much your body might need; it might be much less than others on here suggest.

Good luck!

Drink with warm water

This works for me, calms down acne related to digestive/liver issues, boil a cup of hot water and add 2-4 tablespoons of ACV, drink before, during, and after your meal. Obviously, you would need to wait for the boiled water to cool down, not only has this helped keep acne at bay but also helped digestive issues.

Calms down my acne
Been drinking apple cider vinegar (with the mother) for about three years now every morning. It's amazing! After about a month after drinking this every day I instantly noticed a difference with my skin. It looked a lot more radiant and my acne had defiantly calmed down. Couldn't recommend apple cider vinegar more, but make sure to dilute it with a full glass of water to prevent burning your oesophagus.

Bragg's ACV with the "mother"
I drink 2tbsp a day diluted in water. Good for overall health. Helps with yeast overgrowth. Use it for your salad. It lowers blood sugar and bad cholesterol. Haven't drank it long enough to see if it helps with my skin or not. Been drinking it for 5days.

Pros:

it's supposed to be good for you

Cons:

it caused gastritis - a condition that lasted for months
smells and tastes bad
there's no offficial FDA research on it for acne
IT DAMAGES YOUR STOMACH LINING!!!!

I drank ACV for about 5 months. It caused gastritis (inflammation of the stomach). It took a long time to diagnose and many medical bills to figure out what was wrong. It also caused frequent heart burn. I used less than the recommended amount too. If you are drinking this stuff and are having heart burn or nausea, you should probably stop. After I stopped drinking ACV, I had stomach problems for about 9 months and had to take Zantac 75 everyday.

Pros:

Inexpensive.

Cons:

Smells bad, caused stomach discomfort even though I didn't take it on an empty stomach, possible tooth enamel erosion, caused sourness in throat.

After reading all the positive reviews for ACV both as a drink and as a toner, I decided to try it out. I drank 1-2 tsp of Bragg's ACV mixed in a cup of water every day 3 times a day for 2 months on a non-empty stomach. It did absolutely nothing. In fact, I think it made my acne a little worse. Definitely no improvement. During my last few days of drinking it, I had sourness in my throat all day and that worried me so I stopped drinking it. It also caused some stomach discomfort. I tried using it as a toner as well for a few weeks and that also did nothing.

Pros:

works pretty quickly and has helped me so much and i'm only on day three!

Cons:

taste pretty bad, and burns your throat, but hey it helps.

Great product, but it has got to be ORGANIC, otherwise it WILL NOT WORK. 2tbl spoons twice a day, mix it with water and drink with a straw so it doesnt touch my teeth, i also recommend brushing your teeth afterwards to help freshen breath.

Pros:

More energetic, sleep easier and longer, clear headed, weight loss and happier =)

Cons:

tastes like rotten apple mixed with acid and doesn't really do much for acne

it's a health drink so don't expect it to do too much for your skin. It made my skin glow a lot more but I think that was from the great sleep I got whenever I drank this before bed. I still had acne when I drank this but I guess it was just less severe... I got those little apple juice bottles and tipped in a tbsp in each one and would drink that every night but it still tasted dreadful xDD It also made me feel full...so I'd eat a lot less and ended up losing some pounds o_o (I weigh 95lbs normally and got down to 92 by the end of 2 weeks)
