Pros:

Reduced redness a lot and made skin feel smooth. After using it for a few weeks my redness was less noticeable

Cons:

Seemed to really tighten and dry out my skin. Applying after washing caused flaking and dryness

Possibly good for people with really oily skin... too drying for me. I loved the idea of using natural Aloe Vera but didn't quite cut it for me.

I have been using this product for a few days. Can anyone tell me how long it will take before I see some real results? Has anyone been using this gel exclusively for acne scars? If so can you please tell me what the result was? Many thanks. This is defiantly the best acne site.

Pros:

There are so many pros to this product I don't even know where to begin. I got so many comments on how good my skin improved in just three days. My hair too! It's an awesome hair gel. You can use it for just about everything!

Cons:

The bottle is a little bit misleading. The product contains some other ingredients that are not labeled. Although, these ingredients I believe contribute to the positive effect of this gel.

You should buy it. At $5.00 a bottle you can't go wrong. Don't be afraid of the other ingredients that are added, they are beneficial. All the people making a big hype have nothing better to do. You HAVE put worse things on your skin before AND there are worse chemicals in the air and water.

Pros:

I wish I would have found this product sooner. It works extremely well in reducing inflammation and drying up acne. I recommend using it along with a retinoid. Use it at nights, too shiny looking for morning use.

Cons:

can sting eyes at times.

affordable and extremely easy to use.

Pros:

Affordable, heals very fast and cool feeling.

Cons:

To dry completely, you have to wait more than usual moisturizer... around 10 min or so.

I recently purchase this one for my moisturizer and I'm loving it! It's very affordable, and we all know that Aloe Vera is one of the most effetive ingredient for healing scars and calms the skin.

Pros:

Heals wounds faster

Cons:

Weak moisturizer, leaves glue like residue

I have to stop using it after 3 days because instead of moisturizing my face it does the opposite. The first day I put it on, i thought it was ok. It did burn my face a little but nothing I couldn't tolerate. On the second day, I put this thing on and went to eat breakfast. Immediately I felt the tightening sensation, I looked in the mirror I had white flakes all over my chin and cheeks. Wow ok, so I thought maybe I didn't use enough of it. So on the 3rd day, I used double the amount. Same thing happened, it burned my face a little bit at different parts. After an hour of putting this stuff on, my face still feels tight if I move my mouth around. Basically I get the same sensation as if i put glue on my face. I'm pretty disappointed since I bought it after reading the reviews here. I think the packaging is a little misleading too because it says 100% gel but people might get confused that it's a 100% aloe vera gel which isn't.

Pros:

Clearer Skin!

Cons:

At first it irritated my skin. But that improved over time.

After reading about aloe vera on the Aloe Vera Studies Organization website ([link removed]) I thought I should try it for my acne problem. So, I found Fruit of the EArth Aloe Vera here and got it. It's wonderrful!

Pros:

Affordable, not oily, dries pimples, helps with inflammation, smooths texture and aids in fading blemish marks.

Cons:

none

This product is wonderful. Everyday since I have used this product I have only seen my skin texture/complexion get better. It is a great product to use if you have a problem with big pimples and need some relief from inflammation. I also like to use it because it appears to dry them out pimples quickly. And best of all is good for anti-aging. This is a wonderful product!

Pros:

Reduces ALL types of Acne that have already surfaced

Cons:

Leaves a shine to your skin

I spent the summer in new mexico, where it is very dry. I read about it being a good moisturizer and used it every day all summer after tazorac. I had no pimples for 6 weeks. Well, I should say that I had no pimples that stayed around. They would start to form red spots then promptly disappear. After coming back to the humid mid-west, I stopped aloe, and couldn't figure out why I was breaking out again (I had figured the taz was the reason for the clear-up). Then I checked my acne-diary (I recommend making one of these) and realized my skin turned beautiful a week after starting aloe. Sure enough, I am back on it, and there is hardly a new spot on my face in weeks. Its the only product I know of that works on pimples after they are in full red, painful mode already. It also works on cysts to prevent the red scars that last forever. I am on Lamictal for epilepsy and this is the first product to fully clear my skin. Pay the 7 dollars and save yourself alot of agony.
