Pros:

works relatively well, not over drying, a little goes a long way

Cons:

smells a little funny, a little expensive

Yeah, it's worth it. The stuff works - the trick is, and it says this right on the packaging, that you have to use is consistently, a couple of times per week for at LEAST 8 weeks (just like with ANY other dermatological product) to really see noticeable, lasting, long-term results. This will lighten most scars, but I don't think it works on really dark hyperpigmentation, and I don't think you can lighten freckles with it if that's what you're after. It smells a little strange but honestly, when you open up that tube and know your scars are fading away a little more every time you use the product, you come to look forward to the smell of success ^_^

Pros:

Reduces redness and swelling after first use. Helps dry up surface acne immediately. Excellent for clearing up under the surface acne. Significantly reduces the appearance of medium or dark scars over time. It's very resonably priced.

Cons:

It's been harder to find at my regular shopping places (i.e., Walmart or Target) in my area. Largest quanity size is 1.4 oz (which only lasts about a month), so you can't buy it in bulk.

I'm 29, I have very bad adult acne, extremely sensitive skin, and scar easily. It didn't agitate my skin or cause any flare ups. I found that I can only use it about 3 times a week (sometimes 4) and unfortunately, I've never tried to leave it on longer than 20-30 minutes (for fear of agitating my skin and breaking out). It eliminated redness and swelling after my first use, and the next morning I noticed all my surface acne was dried up (all turned to scabs). It really helps clear up under the surface acne, which was my biggest problem. I have olive toned skin and my acne scars were a medium/dark brown color, but after a month they were very light (hardly noticeably) and gone by my second month of use. I mostly use it at night before I go to bed and I've had no problem using a hypo-allergic moisturizer afterwards. It does smell a little funky, but I found it disappeared within minutes. Bottom line is: it works very well.

Pros:

Works quickly and improves skin over-all and not just for the marks that need fading. You also do not need to use a ton of it at once so a little goes a long way. Also dries super-fast on face and before you know it your done :)

Cons:

Smell really isn't that bad, would you rather is smell good and not work? :)

For those of you who could not find it at Walmart, Target or Walgreens, I happened to grab it (the last bottle too!) at Rite Aid so you may want to check them out :)

Pros:

Fades red marks, evens out the skins tone, makes skin smoother

Cons:

smells really bad, I have to plug my nose before I put on the treatment.

It's pretty good, though I've only been using it for a week, I can notice a difference. My skin tone is more evened out, and my skin feels smooth...The red marks are slowly getting less red.

Pros:

I had the product that came with a microdermabrasion gel (that smelled really good) and using that combined with the peel worked pretty well until I stopped using it. It lightened, but didn't completely get rid of my scars.

Cons:

It doesn't come with the microdermabrasion stuff anymore

Good if your scars aren't really dark. It will lighten dark scars.

Pros:

Smells good, feels refreshing.

Cons:

Apparently it takes a really long time to see results, but I never saw any, and gave up early.

Not really worth the time. The acne scars would probably fade just as quickly without using anything.
